About this property

Play pickleball on new dedicated courts. This is an owner direct rental through VRBO, so you pay only the VRBO fee and no additional rental agency fees. Always compare total cost and not just nightly rate. Cleaning is included in rate and there are no taxes. This is a Beachfront 3 bedroom with unblocked ocean view at Sea Colony, a premier resort with many free amenities. Same view as a dune top cottage. High enough for privacy but not eerie. Covered parking. On the second floor of Island House, the newest building on the beach. Just one easy flight to the promenade/pools/beach level (elevators are available but stairs are closer). 1/2 mile of private beach, 34 tennis courts including some soft surface and 6 indoor courts (always one of the top rated tennis resorts in the world), 12 pools (2 indoor), 2 fitness centers, 4 new pickleball courts, new splash park, new outdoor jacuzzi, walking trails, surf fishing, and in summer many planned camp-type activities for children, including games, contests, bonfires and marshmallow roasts, bingo, junior lifeguards, etc.

Condo has granite kitchen countertops, undermount sink, high arch faucet with pullout, etc. New shower stall, new shower fixtures in both baths, new dishwasher, comfort height toilets and W/D in last 5 years. Has 4 flat panel TVs (one a 55"). Wired internet and WIFI available. Sleeping arrangement: queen in MBR, 2 twins in 2nd and 3rd BR, and queen sleepsofa in LR. You must bring you own linens (sheets, pillow cases, towels) or rent from an agency. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles during the summer season (although more may be rented if available). Reserved parking space is covered which is a great benefit on hot or rainy days. Sorry, no smoking in entire building or pets allowed. A guest/amenities badge, for anyone age 4 and older, must be purchased upon checkin at Sea Colony. The fee is $15, $25 or $55 depending on the season.

Off-Season Escape

211 was as-advertised and a convenient location for our off-season (Late March) trip. We enjoyed the indoor pool and beach combing during our stay.

Great Place

Richard was very accommodating of our needs, and was willing to rent us his lovely place in Sea colony at the last minute. The condo is very comfortable and clean and is in a great location. I definitely recommend this rental.

Great Getaway

This was the perfect place for a cozy getaway! Sea Colony is a great location. Property owner was very responsive and provided docs prior to trip that were so detailed that there was no need to contact him during my stay. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it! Thank you!
