Renaissance Towers Mrytle Beach
The condo over looks the beach which is great, every morning I stepped onto the balcony and watched the sunrise. It has four beds in it, we only used three of them. It’s on the 6th floor which is a huge plus given the elevator situation, there’s only two that work at the time of this posting. If you leave too late in the morning it’s hard to get an elevator down to the ground floor, but luckily you can take the stairs. Washer and dryer’s are on the ground floor and you’ll need a good amount of quarters to wash and dry your clothes.
The down side- there’s a bar/restaurant down below and every night is Karaoke night until 11pm, if that’s your thing then great but we had kids with us that went to sleep relatively early. The Wi-Fi is terrible, you can barely stream anything. As for the beach itself, make sure you check the rules before you come. You can only have umbrella type shading on the beach, and if you’re going to rent the chairs that are set up, it’s kind of pricey. Lastly, be prepared for there to be a lot of people, the resort is smack dab in the middle of two RV parks and has other condos on the property. We would set up every day to get a good spot or else we would have had to walk a long ways for one.
