DIRECTLY ON VANDERBILT BEACH at 10525 Gulfshore Drive. Building name is: Gulfshores. Top floor (8th), Apartment #281. Located on the south corner of an 8 story building. Ocean view from every window. 24 total units in building. Only 3 units on each floor. Large lanai offers south, gulf and north coastal views. Master bedroom overlooks Gulf of Mexico. Spare bedrooms have bay view.

Owner inspected to insure unit is clean, fully equip, and updates bedding and linens.

This unit has everything you would expect to have in your own home. All rooms have new luxury vinyl plank flooring. Bathrooms have glass tiles on floor. Books, games, stereo, DVD, Smart TV-flat screen in living room and flat TV in master bedroom. Bring your Amazon, Hulu, Netflix user name and passwords with you to view your favorite screening programs. Lanai has table & 4 chairs, chair & ottoman, chaise. Lanai is ideal for three meals a day overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Master bedroom has private bathroom. 2 sets of linens for each bed, blankets, plenty of fluffy thick towels, wash cloths and hand towels all color coordinated. Kitchen equip with every utensil imaginable, plenty of pans, formal and every day dishes. You will have no problem cooking meals in this very well equip kitchen.

3 Bedroom, 2 Bath. Directly on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Heated pool, white sandy beach, secured building, private assigned parking slot and boat dock. Tennis. Washer/dryer within apt. Secured wireless Internet and local long distance and nationwide long distance calls are FREE Large lanai overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Lanai has table for four (4), chair, ottoman, chaise and end table. Very suitable for all three meals while you overlook the Gulf of Mexico and the fantastic sun sets.

Our building has a secure locked lobby and our unit has a keyless entry pad for your convenience. Our unit is located a few steps off the elevator on the 8th (top) floor.

There is absolutely no subletting. Contracted renter must occupy unit for the duration of the contract. THIS BUILDING IS A 30 DAY MINIMUM STAY BUILDING.

This building is a non-smoking building. No smoking on property, in unit, walkways, lanai, balcony, pool or pool areas.

Corner of Paradise
This condo is delightful. Very clean unit, well stocked kitchen, plenty of beach chairs and towels, with a wonderful lanai/balcony. Well maintained in a perfect location directly on the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Overall a great unit. My family had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. The owner is a very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

We are a family owned unit. We do not rent through a rental agency. All rentals are handled and personally attended to by one of the owners. We consider this unit our second home so you will find that all areas are attended to as we do our private homes. We are in residence in this unit several times a year to maintain and observe the units condition, cleanliness and inventories.

Because it's beautiful!!! It's well taken care off, clean, modern, and have a spectacular view. Views include: north and south beach and ocean views from living room, kitchen, master bedroom and den. East, south and north bay views, from two additional bedrooms.
