Reno Riviera Rental has a wonderful open floor plan, perfect for two couples. The house is a split-level, with no more than two steps going to the den area, also steps from the master suite into the bathroom.

The lovely outdoor patio make summertime especially ideal to increase your usable space. Our new double driveway allows for off street parking with more street parking right in front.

Centrally located, three blocks west of downtown Reno. In town for business, perfect! Ideal location to catch all the Reno Special Events. Just across the street from Reno's oldest park, Idlewild, with the Truckee River flowing thru. Joggers, dog walkers and bikers abound. The Kayak Whitewater Park and river rafting are summer time favorites for cooling off. Located ideally for fast and easy viewing for Reno Hot Air Balloon Races, bike ride to the Reno Aces Ballpark, arrive home, out of the dust from a day at the Reno Air Races!

Location is central, three blocks west of Reno down town, Reno mid-town art district, as well as casinos and many restaurants. Direct I-80 freeway access, 50 minutes to Tahoe City, or take a scenic 50 minutes on 395 S. up Mt Rose to Incline Village. Outdoors is wide open for adventure and enjoyment. Reno night life awaits! We’ll be back.

Great place in a great location. Not little kid friendly but we didn’t have any of those. Clean. Beautiful. Had everything we needed. Owner was easy to access and communicate with. All good things! My sister lives here now so our next visit we already know where to stay!

The best ever

This is an amazing property and Josh is the best host ever. I was recently widowed and in the process of selling my house, I needed a retreat. The moment I walked in the door, I smiled and felt at home. I loved every minute in this truly unique house. Perfect for couples or single folks. Beautiful yard, great location and a truly amazing experience.

Great stay

The house is amazing like being in an art gallery - nicely done and colorful. Quiet location but close to downtown, clean comfortable beds and the owner was very responsive and thoughtful. Loved walking the dogs down to the river each morning.

We have stayed here before an when looking for VRBO in Reno, it is our go to. Unique, beautiful, big yard/patio - Great place for two couples. Quiet neighborhood and easy walk to park and coffee.

As a native Nevadan, I treasure my home and this beautiful area. It is so near all of the Reno activities that I love to participate in. Im an electrician here in town, and am happy to call Reno/Sparks home.

Why they chose this property

This home is absolutely the perfect Reno location for work or play. The house is a short few blocks from downtown Reno. You could arrange a whole life within biking distance! Across the street from Renos oldest park, Idlewild Park and the Truckee River. Amazing thing is you can still go to one of the many little riverside beaches and be the only one there! Freeway I-80 westbound, to Tahoe is 50 minutes from the door. All this, and yet the house is in a very secluded old S.W. area of town. Traffic does not 'just wind up here'. You must wiggle your way in!! Excellent!!

What makes this property unique

The home itself is truly incredible, location is really unique. Reno's Downtown/Midtown area is just blocks from the quiet seclusion of the old southwest neighborhood. You will surely find something special.
