However, our property actually has it's own private beach with many pictures of it in the listing). The house is located south of the highway in Shinnecock Hills and on the east side of Hampton Bays near the Southampton border. This beautiful home features a brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. It offers open living and dining rooms, which boast gorgeous bay views. Boat, clam or just sunbathe on your own beach. Enjoy dining on the deck overlooking the water. New furnishings and central air conditioning complete your summer vacation dreams! Lovely...

Lovely host...lovely home...lovely view...lovely town. Susan communicated brilliantly from start to finish. Their home is beautifully designed. Everything just works. Waking up to the swans and spending our time on the water rejuvenated. Hampton Bays was filled with friendly people wherever we roamed. Would go back tomorrow. ..

Recuperation

Great place for knee surgery recovery - close to town and Rite-Aid. Backing out of driveway on the busy road is a little hair-raising but doable.

A paradise on the bay

Our time at Susan’s home has been simply divine. So much so that we’ve extended our stay twice now! The house has plenty of room, two downstairs bedrooms one with two beds and another with an en suite bathroom (which is beautiful). Upstairs there is a large master bedroom with the most amazing view of the bay. At night there’s nothing more amazing than falling asleep to the sound of the waves and wind. In the morning watching the sunrise makes the rest of your day. Our favorite part of the house is the living/dining room area. The large windows give the feel of living in a painting that is constantly changing. The view is priceless. We love watching the swans go by and seeing the birds fish. There is a large deck and two yards, plus your own private beach. The house is tastefully furnished and has all of the cooking appliances you could need in the renovated kitchen. We spent Christmas here and it was simply perfect. I highly recommend this house, it’s close to Southampton and hampton bays with amazing restaurants in both locations. Susan is easy to get in contact with and goes the extra mile to accommodate your needs. We hope to come back next year!

Perfect location for relaxing Hamptons escape

Our family enjoyed an amazing six weeks vacation. With sublime views of Shinnecock Bay, we were awake each morning to watch the beautiful sunrise. The house has a lovely character and charm with fully equipped kitchen. We found the location perfect, with a private beach, 5 minute drive to Hampton Bays shops and easy access to explore the Hamptons, Montauk and North Fork. Susan was very responsive and helpful if we had any queries and the house was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed a magical stay and cannot wait to return for our next vacation.
