This condo has one of the best views of the ocean in the whole complex! Views from living/dining room and bedrooms. This spacious condo hosts 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, located on the ground level, and is situated on the ocean side of Pacific Coast Highway directly across from the world famous Strand Beach/Salt Creek Beach. The pool and Jacuzzi are just around the corner. There are also 2 private outdoor patios with great ocean views. Whether it’s watching boats sail off from the harbor during the day or the beautiful panoramic colors of the sunsets, you have the opportunity to enjoy them both.

Make yourself at home in our over 1,000 sq ft ground level condominium that has been newly upgraded for your vacation pleasure. Relax on our new soft sofa (converts to a queen sleeper) and loveseat while watching your shows on the brand new 46' wall mounted LCD TV. New plantation shutters, flooring, and fireplace are other fine features in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has new cabinets with granite countertops. Directly off the kitchen is the dining room which invites you to comfortable seating and a terrific view of the Pacific Ocean where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets.

The master bedroom offers a Cal-King bed, TV, side desk , table lamps, ceiling fan, 2 dressers and extra large closet space. This bedroom also has a private patio with new tile and a contemporary bistro set to enjoy the temperate coastal air and the beautiful coastline. The master bath is updated with large tile and a porcelain bathtub , sink, countertop, and cabinets.

The guest room is decorated in a beach theme and has 2 twin beds, ceiling fan, LCD TV, dresser, and extra large closet space. New sliding doors open to a private tiled patio with a view as well. The guest bathroom has many upgrades including tile surround and porcelain bathtub.

Perfect location!

This property offers one of the best views in the entire complex as we had a spectacular view of the ocean every day. It also is very close to the pool/hot tub and parking (2 designated spots) and is right across the street from Dana Strands Beach. It does require some stairs to get to the water but there is a funicular which runs in the summer. The owners were prompt to respond and immediately took care of a couple of issues that arose. Due to a quick turnaround of guests the property was not as clean as we might have liked. The owners offered to send the cleaning team back but we said no and chose to do a little cleaning ourselves. For those who enjoy walking this location is perfect. The Lantern District is within walking distance via a path next to the complex. There is no shortage of fabulous restaurants nearby. In closing we were extremely pleased with our stay and our hosts were very accommodating.

Great Ocean Views!

We enjoyed our 30-day stay in this condo at Niguel Beach Terrace. The unit showcases wonderful ocean views from multiple rooms. The owners recently upgraded the unit with new flooring and interior painting. Very comfortable space for up to four people. We have vacationed at Niguel Beach Terrace for several years, and we will continue to return to this area each fall.

This was our 3rd year staying at Strands Beach. By far this was the best condo. The views were great, ocean breezes and easy parking. Owners were very kind and let us drop our stuff off before check in to make room in our car to meet some friends for lunch.

Best View Ever!

Lovely place to spend a month and walk to the cliff for ocean views and sunsets every night. The beach is great too and God's paintbrush is at work in this location every day! We will be back.

Paradise views

Such a cute and delightful home with views of the ocean from every room! Cozy with every necessary amenity for your beachcation. The owners were accessible and easy to contact. Quiet neighbors. Overall a great place to land while our home was being repaired.

This condominium is situated nicely between some really beautiful places...close to several gorgeous beaches, easy access to the 5 freeway that takes you to Los Angeles or San Diego and still has a quaint feel to it that you don't experience in all coastal towns. So much to do in this area alone with the Harbor 5 minutes away, Strands/Salt Creek Beach in front, San Clemente and Laguna Beach just minutes away, plus amazing temperate weather!
