Wonderful beach cottage between the highways in Kill Devil Hills NC. This cottage offers 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, large living room, newly renovated kitchen, and dinning area that seats 16. Rec room with pool table and ping pong and flat screen TV. Kids Den with TV - perfect for gaming. Fenced in back yard and outdoor shower.

Walking distance to beach about 2 blocks or 300 yards. Awful Arthur's Restaurant, convenience store and shopping center all within walking distance. Groceries (Food Lion and Publix),Theater, Lowes & Belk's and shopping all within 1/2 mile. 5-10 minutes to Nags Head, Kitty Hawk, Wright Brothers Memorial. A great day trip would be to drive down the beach and really see the best that the outer banks has to offer. Short drive through the Rodanthe, Waves, Salvo, and Hatteras areas takes you to the ferry and a 30 minute trip over to Ocracoke. This would really be an incredible day trip adventure.

Watch the sunrise with your morning coffee. Convenient to golf, shopping, great dining and sight-seeing. The refreshing Atlantic Ocean is just steps away.

Great Place

We were very pleased with the property, it was very clean, and was stocked with everything we needed. The location was great, and close to the beach and pier! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful birthday week!

I have to say this was one of the cleanest homes we have rented in the Outer Banks in many years. It has a great layout for family, with a game room and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. They provided all the amenities that you could possibly need for a great week. Thanks to the owners for a very enjoyable birthday vacation.

Details to improve

1.-The photos only show how beautiful the house is. 2.- The shared bathroom for 2 rooms needs to be improved. 3.- There is a musty smell in the basement. 4.- The kitchen oven was not clean and we had to clean it to be able to use it. 5.-I think you (VRBO) should have staff that check properties regularly and not just go by the photos that clients post.

Relaxing week near Avalon Pier

We were very pleased with this home. The owners thoughtfully stocked the house with everything you would need to relax and enjoy the beach. Such a great convenience to the beach and Avalon Pier. We look forward to staying at this house again in the future!

This is a great, affordable vacation home that can accommodate multiple families. This cottage offers great location and amenities. Well behaved pets are allowed, a pet deposit of $150 will be required.

Good public beach access. Walking distance to everything including Avalon Fishing Pier, the beach, and Awful Arthur's. Pool Table and ping pong table are great for adults or kids.
