Perfect holiday getaway for the whole family

We stayed in Cape Coral for 12 nights and the house was everything we'd expected from the listing. The whole family had the most relaxing holiday. The pool area was excellent, the pool toys were a very nice extra, with some very comfortable pool furniture to sit at reading a book and watching the fish jumping in the canal. We thoroughly enjoyed using the tiki bar and it's position over the canal was lovely to sit at to enjoy the breeze and watch the sunsets. Cape Coral had a lot to offer us as a family with many great restaurants and variety of recreation. If we're ever in this area again we'd certainly look to stay at this house again. Thank you Jim for letting us stay in your lovely home on the water, it was pure heaven!

The views from the pool are wonderful we didn't want to leave

The property was so clean. Everything you needed was there . All the kitchen crockery etc was lovely. The property was very spacious. It is all about the views. The jumping fish are very entertaining. Thank you James for making it such a special stay.

Definitely has the WOW factor ...and more.

This property has all amenities we required for a fantastic vacation. A real home from home. Property is set on a corner with views of 4 intersecting canals. We've stayed in Cape Coral before but this road and area was by far the best so far. We were a family of 8 adults and had plenty of room both inside and outside. Communication from Jim was excellent and very prompt. Thank you so much for letting us stay.

Another great visit!!

This is our fourth stay in Cape Coral and our second at this property. The place is great, just right for chilling out and relaxing. However, don't be put off if you want excitement also, this time we have been to Universal studios and an NFL game in Miami. Both within easy reach and a doddle to do in one day if you choose. ( Universal was a three day trip) The beaches are fantastic and there is a lot of choice, restaurants are plentiful but eating in is just as much fun. This villa is great! Loads of space, loads of kit- umbrellas, chairs, towels, canoes, fishing gear, inflatables- you name, it's got it!! Jim is a fantastic host and ensures that your stay is made as pleasurable and hassle free as possible. Easily contactable and nothing is too much trouble! Thanks again, Jim! We will be back!,

Why they chose this property

We had visited Cape Coral a number of times and liked the fact that is it truly the Venice of Florida, great water ways, spectacular fishing, we have traveled all over the world and never seen such an array of wildlife and great fishing, there is so much to do in the area - and yet enjoy the villa too. It is ideally located in the middle of everything Florida has to offer Our kids love it too!

What makes this property unique

We purchased this villa because of the awesome views - it was clearly one of the best water views we had seen - so much privacy on a triple lot - on a palm tree lined street - the home was very spacious and had all the amenities we wanted including an oversized lanai - which has 2 large covered areas for shade on those hot sunny days.and plenty of dock space to sit and enjoy the spectacular views!
