This apt. is fully furnished with everything you need, with a King size bed in the master with it's own tv. the 1/2 bedroom or bedroom has the most comfortable queen high quality sleeper couch 10 inch mattress with pillow top in the lanai/living room, it can be made private with sliding glass doors, blinds and privacy curtains and it has it's own tv. There is full kitchen, microwave that is also a oven, hi speed wifi, HD comcast TV with movie channels, Netflix, Disney, etc. and our beach vacation home has more amenities than most vacation spots. We supply all your paper products, soaps, shampoo, detergent and cleaning products if you need. With the highest quality and comfort in mind.

This Apt. is directly on the beach, directly on the Gulf of Mexico, perfect for 2 people or with 2 children or a weekend guest. In this apt. the lanai or living room is the 2nd. bedroom. It has a extremely comfortable with a top of the line Queen sleeper couch with a 10 inch mattress and pillow top. This lanai/living room is part of the apartment, part of the house and is private and safe, it can be made private with sliding glass doors, privacy curtains, and it has hurricane windows and doors and it's own tv, it is air conditioned. The master bedroom has a new King bed and it's own tv as well. The shower bathroom has one of the best showers you will ever experience and this apt. is well maintained and the upkeep is 2nd. to none.

Waking up in the morning your door opening right onto the beach is one of the most satisfying and fantastic feelings that you will ever experience and that you have arrived in paradise and being on the West coast of Florida you have the most spectacular sunsets anywhere! There is no place better than to just sit out on our numerous beach chairs and lounges under our large umbrellas and just look at the Gulf of Mexico all day long, never gets boring.

The apt. has extra large windows where you never lose sight of the beach or the Gulf of Mexico. Manasota Key, Englewood beach is a Caribbean vacation without the hassles of leaving the states. Not far away you can venture thru the sea bird sanctuary that is Stump Pass Park with crystal clear blue waters or simply walk, bike ride or drive to get a little city life or just sit outside sunning yourself and watch the parade of dolphin's, manatee's & seabirds that go by daily. Play golf, bike, jet ski, sailing, motor boating, dine out, BBQ or go deep sea fishing or water nature tours, fish right off the beach. If you don't catch anything, you don't have your pole in the water!

Englewood Beach and the Gulf of Mexico! Open the door and you are right on the beach! you can't beat that. Englewood is far safer, better protected and a better place to relax and shake off stress than anywhere else i have been to. We're easy to get to, easier to get around than most tourist vacation places, much less traffic. Other resort areas and cities in Florida are packed, snarled, and congested, so get here relax, and start enjoying yourself!

We have more repeat guest every year, going on 17 years repeat clients our vacation season is all year round so call early.

When the apt. is cleared of any damages occurred by renter this deposit will be returned within the week of your departure.

Beach House Information Booklet apt. guidelines are posted and require all persons to read and adhere too, loss of deposit & rental fee is possible.

We request that for your protection to have renters insurance, we will not be responsible for any of your personal property and it is up to you to act in a safe/sober and prudent manner.
At no time are you allowed to have any parties, loud music, or take anything from any other apt. areas without permission, and no more guest than you have originally sent in your email or you could forfeit your a portion or all of your deposit.

We request you leave the apt. the way you found it, if any thing is missing or damaged we will deduct this from your deposit.

Explicit Approval, Permission & or Rental Contract by Landlord, Rental Mgr. or Partners of LLC needed for any rental stays longer than 30 days. No verbal or AI contracts can apply.


Pets: your are at all times responsible for controlling your pet inside and outside of the apt. Outside of the property it Florida law that your pet be must be leashed, you MUST clean up after your pet at all times and keep barking to a minimum. Please walk your pet first before going onto the beach.

Please read and adhere to these guidelines as they are tied into your deposit.

Pet Guidelines:

1. At NO times are pets ever allowed on the furniture or beds.

2. pick up after your pet at all times

3. when outside your pet must be leashed at all times Fla. Leash Law in effect.

4. barking kept to a minimum
