Fantastic House
Communication with host was fantastic - thorough and easy. The house looks terrific in the photos and is even better in person. Was a perfect place for our group = we would definitely stay here again. The house is so close to everything - the grocery, the vineyards and the city of Cleveland if you need it. Thanks for making our stay wonderful.

Georgia Girl’s Trip
If I could rate the house more than 5 stars I would. The house was perfect. It was beyond clean. There were lots of amenities. The view was amazing and the sound of the creek was so peaceful. The hosts were very responsive. The house was in close proximity to the wineries. I would recommend and will definitely be back for another trip!

Amazing Property!
We had a fabulous time at this property! The layout worked perfectly for 6 adults, with spaces for us to hang out together and enough space to separate when needed. The house was clean, well appointed, in a great location (close to Cleveland and Helen) and extremely relaxing. We will definitely book again!

About the host

We have always enjoyed the beauty of nature but, unfortunately, don't live in an area with the beauty of the north Georgia mountains. However, with our home in the north Georgia Mountains, we can experience the beauty of nature. We believe in family and American values and the north Georgia mountains suits us well, even if only for an occasional visit.

Why they chose this property

We chose our house because we loved the secluded, wooded area and trout stream, yet it is close to Helen, Dahlonega and Cleveland. We also love the place because it is suitable for a family gathering and we have many family gatherings there.

What makes this property unique

When we stay at Mountain Shoals Hideaway, our kids gravitate to the lower level where the game room and games are while us adults can relax on the upper deck. The kids always find something to do and we never have to entertain them unless we take them to the area waterfalls and hiking trails.
