Enjoy the sea breeze in this modern cottage in a perfect location.
You are within easy 5 minutes walking distance to Main Street, the Pier and Third Street Promenade. Venice and Abbott Kinney are a bike ride away with gourmet cafes, restaurants, pubs, eclectic boutiques and yoga studios. We recently renovation and have a new custom kitchen, bathroom, patio doors to a new outdoor deck for indoor outdoor living.

Stay in this safe, quiet neighborhood, clean and comfortable with wood floors throughout. Memory foam mattresses with linen sheets. The kitchen is well equipped. The private garden is surrounded by professionally landscaped shrubs with patios for outdoor dining or a relaxing barbecue after work or a day at the beach or sightseeing.

Fabulous

Wonderful stay- the house is perfect , very well equipped with everything you could need and more! The shower is fantastic. Loved the decking area - really nice space to sit out. Location is great good walking distance to cafes restaurants and the beach. Great communications with host. Definitely recommend this place.

Lovely cottage with great outdoor space

We loved our pretty cottage, in a great location close to the beach. Had everything we needed! Very comfortable beds and gorgeous outdoor space to lounge in. Very helpful owners too!

Great Location

we stayed in this property on the first week on our three week holiday. The house is centrally located in a residential area, an easy walk to the beach, shops even the hop on hop off bus stops is only a couple of blocks away. There is no view from the house, but the garden is cosy, and you are not over looked. The house is very clean, with plenty of bath towels, beach towels, bikes and beach toys provided. My only slight critisim would be the kitchen could do with a little remodelling , and perhaps a clear out of some the eclectic mix of plates, glasses and mugs might be due, hence four stays not five star .. The wood flooring throughout the property gives it a light modern feel. Unfortunatly during our stay the temperatures were in the mid 90's, and we noticed the lack air con, the owner thankfully gave us a fan, which helped to cool it down. overall we had a pleasant stay.

Amazing location and beautifully designed

House was loaded with amenities- full kitchen, laundry with detergent, even hair dryer, flat iron, and bath products. absolutely wonderful experience!

We have lived in Santa Monica for over 25 years. My daughter has just gone off to college and my son is a freshman at Santa Monica High School. I am originally from the UK. We love the relaxing beach atmosphere; farmers markets and restaurant varieties in Santa Monica; a great place for foodies.

Why they chose this property

The House has the perfect mix of privacy and location. Hidden behind tall hedges is a peaceful atmosphere. We have been very fortunate to have people who have found the house and neighborhood relaxing and enjoyable. The usual response from our guests, 'just what they are looking for'.

What makes this property unique

I am a busy professional but always have time for guests who need a little extra help. I have booked Laker tickets for the family who had a problem with their credit card, recommended doctors and given a lovely Italian family a ride to airport because they were have trouble navigating the freeway.
