Our beautiful lakefront condo is conveniently located on the ground floor with amazing views of Wood Lake in the heart of Lake Country. The 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is within the secure and gated complex of Emerald Beach Villas. All the essentials are included to make your holiday easy! The air conditioned, 1100 sq ft condo is equipped with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, master bedroom with queen bed and ensuite, 2nd bedroom with bunk beds (single & double), all linens, flat screen TV/DVD, stereo, patio with BBQ, heated outdoor pool & hot-tub, shared games room and fitness room.

Enjoy the pool and hot tub just steps away from the condo, relax on the private sandy beach or get active on the calm waters of Wood Lake and Kalamalka Lake (connected by canal). It offers everything you could think of in a recreation property with year round activities for all ages!

The location couldn't be any better... just 10 minutes from the Kelowna Airport, excellent Golf Courses within a 20 minute drive (Quail, The Bear, Predator Ridge & Okanagan Resort), numerous award winning wineries (Gray Monk, Ex Nihilo, 50th Parallel, Arrowleaf Estate, The Chase Winery, are a 10 minute drive), Silver Star and Big White Ski Resorts close by.

Lake Country

This was another amazing stay at these condos! Kathy was amazing to communicate with and it was super easy to ask questions and have them answered! The condo was perfectly located on the bottom floor, with great access to the pool and parking! We will be staying there again if she doesn’t get booked up!! Thanks for the great stay!!

Our family loves spending our summer vacations here! This is our home away from home and we continue to enjoy it year after year. Beautiful sunny weather and amazing fun on the lakes! The condo is so convenient being ground floor and steps from the lake. The area has world class golf courses- great scenic roads for biking/running- excellent restaurants and wineries- friendly and fun people that come back year after year.

Why they chose this property

We love the convenience of being located within 'Lake Country'...just 10 minutes from the Kelowna Airport, 15 minutes from either Kelowna or Vernon. Everything we need is close by. It is a safe and relaxing atmosphere where our kids can play out on the large grassy area, enjoy the pool & hot tub, sand castles on the beach, fishing off the dock,and boating on Wood or Kalamalka Lakes! We love bbqing in the evening and sitting out on patio with neighbors while enjoying a glass of wine. Summer living doesn't get any better than this!
