About this property

This stylish large home on the water (280ft)! It is located in one of the best areas in Fort Lauderdale. The house has an open floor plan for living, dining and kitchen room. Fully equipped kitchen including complimentary conveniences such as spices, tea, coffee, dish washing liquid, soaps, trash bags, etc. (all the basics are provided and you will not need to buy from scratch).
4 Cable TVs and fiber optik cable Internet/Wi-Fi from AT& T.

The living room has two nice large seating areas. One seating area has two great contemporary sofas, flat screen TV with cable and a fireplace. The other seating area is overlooking the beautiful waterways. The dining area has a large table setting 12 people. Perfect to eat a great dinner. There is an outdoor lanai with dining table and BBQ ( propane provided) that is overlooking the canal and Sunset Lake. You can enjoy the view of the canal and feel the ocean breeze. The covered outdoor dining area has a large table for 12. There is another eating area under open sky by the large heated pool. Here you have lounge chairs to enjoy the sun.
This home has five bedrooms. Master bedroom is upstairs with a king size bed and a TV. Here you also have a sofa bed (queen size) if you would like. On the second floor you also have the master bath with shower and tub. Here is also a large walk in closet.
Main floor has four bed rooms and 3.5 baths. The house has an open floor plan with the living, dinning and kitchen area.
Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed and a half bath. Bedroom #2 has a full bath and a king size bed and a TV. (They are next to each other).
On the other side of the house. There is bedroom #3 with a king size bed, TV and a full bath. Bedroom # 4 has a queen size bed and a full bath.
If you have small kids I have high chairs and cribs as well.
There are high end linens and towel in the house (pool towels and beach towels). This is a waterfront home that has a beautiful 240 ft. dock so you come by boat and have it just in the backyard. It is the perfect spot to fish from the dock. There is lots of fish here. It is a very short walk to the beach and there you have a few places to rent bikes.
The following games are in the house: Deck of card, Chess, Backgammon, Scrabble game, Yahtzee and Monopoly.

Walk to the beach and it will take you 5 min or go to the shops and restaurants on Las Olas Blvd.

Another great stay

We’ve been coming back for years and love everything about this house. The location and house are special. We sit outside every evening to enjoy the sunsets. Each time we have visited we have new guests join us and to a person everyone loves the house. The homeowner has been great as well. We look forward to returning.

Great and quiet location

Kitchen and home was very clean, extremely well equipped for meal prep. I left some personables and the host shipped them immediately with a nice personal note. The view at the rear of the house is beautiful and relaxing.

Wonderful home and experience.

This was the third year I have taken my family (two daughters, spouses, and four grandchildren) to this neighborhood for the Thanksgiving holiday week. This home is wonderful and the host was very responsive. Ft. Lauderdale had major storms just before we arrived and power had been disrupted. When we arrived everything was perfect but the pool wasn’t warm…which is important for the grandkids…or really for the adults getting in the pool with the kids. 🙂 I sent a message and the host was on it immediately! It’s a wonderful home and I hope to return with my family. We all agreed that it was our best trip!
