All of us had a great time, loved the house, the back garden area, outside shower and just the homely nature of it. All so well equipped. Good space. Easy walk in to the main areas. Just lovely
My group had a great stay in this super charming cottage on the East End of Ptown during Halloween weekend. The home itself is very cute and the yard with little seating areas was also perfect to enjoy the gorgeous fall weather. Communication with Garth was easy and seamless. A++ all around.
Beautiful cottage and excellent location on the East Side. Lovely, lush garden (too bad it rained and we couldn't fully enjoy). Garth was super responsive and accommodating when we had to make a change in our plans. Will return in a heartbeat.
We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this lovely home on the East End. With four adults and a few dogs, we didn’t feel crowded at all. The home was equipped with everything we needed, especially the kitchen. We were able to cook a few meals while there with no problem. The gardens in the back create a peaceful oasis, and we spent some time enjoying it in the second seating area in the back. It was also great to have the bay beach so close, so we could walk the dogs whenever we wanted. We would highly recommend this home for a getaway!
Fabulous cape cod house….close to all….walk to all the attractions/restaurants easy…this was our 2nd year

My husband and I purchased the property in 2009 & started renting to guests in 2010. We live full time in Sharon Springs, NY and are co-owners of the American Hotel. We are animal lovers, we have two Great Danes and four cats who run our household. Thank you for your consideration!
Why they chose this property
We really enjoy the quiet of the east end and extra space our property allows for the pups. The cottage is on Bradford Street (a 1/2 mile in at the split between Commercial and Bradford Streets) which is one of two main thoroughfares through Ptown, it is less congested than the west end & has beach access only one block away. There are also wonderful details about the house that we were drawn to (whaling ship beams, the build in cabinetry & hardware) upon our first look. Most of our neighbors are full-time and Ptown residents and we know them by name :) Thanks again for taking look!
