Cozy little town apartment at the city park. the apartment has 1 bedroom with 2 beds, 1 living room with sofa and TV and a pretty kitchen with dining area. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink and shower. The apartment is located in a renovated old building with charm on the 2nd OG. Since the pedestrian zone is directly adjacent, all shops are available. A parking space in the courtyard is available to our guests, if free.

Kein WLAN in Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer

Die Lage ist günstig für alle, die das Zentrum von Kempten zu Fuß erkunden wollen, allerdings nichts für Leute, die nicht gut zu Fuß sind: es gibt keinen Aufzug, die Treppe ist steil und es gibt hohe Schwellen an vielen Stellen in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sauber und zweckmäßig ausgestattet, aber es fällt kaum Licht in die Wohnung durch die Lage im den Innenhof. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Busbahnhof. Die Betten sind sehr weich, man fühlt die Sprungfedern und der Lattenrost ist offensichtlich ein Modell für Jugendzimmer, nichts für schwere Personen. Hauptmanko ist das fehlende WLAN in Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer. Für Internet muss man sich in den Flur stellen oder in der Küche an den Tisch setzen. Mit IPhone XS schlechter Empfang, max zwei Balken im Flur und 1 Balken in der Küche. Also keine Chance für gemütlich Netflix oder Videoanrufe auf der Couch oder im Bett. Dieses Manko wird in der Beschreibung auf FeWo-Direkt nicht angegeben. Auf der Straße allerdings voller Empfang. Der Vermieter hat auf meine Reklamation gekontert, ich wäre ja selbst schuld, da ich mich ja für diese Wohnung entschieden hätte und auf Beschreibungen verwiesen, die mir nicht vorlagen.
