About this property

This constantly updated property, located in one of the nicest residential communities in Kissimmee, is a great base for any holiday in the area. Whether you wish to hit the Theme Parks, go shopping at the Florida Mall or along International Drive, play some fantastic golf, or simply relax by the pool, this home is exactly what you are looking for. It is fully licensed and professionally managed through a conveniently located local company.

It combines a great pool, that overlooks a beautiful lake yet is very private, with a home full with modern amenities including a large flatscreen TV, DVD player and movies, PS2 and games. Finally the master bedroom has THE most comfortable King sized Four Poster bed you will ever come across.

Kitchen comes fully equipped to cater for a party of up to ten, including large upright fridge/freezer with automatic ice maker, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and extensive utensils. An adjacent breakfast bar has four stools for seating.

Dining area overlooks the pool through patio doors and has an extendable dining table with seating for eight.

Master bedroom with TV, ceiling fan, large en-suite with walk-in shower, bath, hair dryer. Huge walk-in closet. Travel crib provided.

The upstairs landing has a futon, should your party have 9 guests. However the futon is not suitable for an adult.

Bedrooms #2, #3, and #4: One with queen-size bed and two with twin beds. TVs. Ceiling fans. Ample storage.

The private pool can be heated if requested. Pool heat is recommended between October and April. The cost depends on the length of your stay, with discounts available for stays longer than 7 days.

The location is ideal. A very short drive will take you to the local supermarkets and restaurants. A maximum of 30 minutes driving will get you to Walt Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios and the Florida Mall. Cape Canaveral and the beaches are about one hour away, with very easy access from the property to the freeways.

The property and cleaning regime exceeds the current requirements stipulated by Osceola County, however this has resulted in an additional "Linen fee" associated with the COVID prevention protocol.

Excellent property in a good location that was well equipped with a lovely outlook and pool that was kept well maintained. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a good base to visit all the theme parks in the area, as well as Kennedy Space Center which we all enjoyed.

Great trip to florids

Great property , well equipped & lovely pool for lazing by. Disney about 30 mins away depending on traffic; but great shops at Loop Kissimmee or Florida Mall only 20 mins away. Perfect to have a property away from Disney to escape the parks for some quiet !!! Thoroughly recommend.

Delightful villa

The villa is spacious and comfortable, located in a quiet residential area. A welcome haven after the busy park days. It was lovely to have the pool overlooking the lake and its wildlife; our children enjoyed the visits from the muscovy ducks who come and clean the insects off the outside of the pool screen. The house is constantly maintained at a pleasant temperature, a relief from the heat of the Floridian sun and all bedrooms have fans to circulate the cool air all night. Walk in wardrobes were very handy for keeping bedrooms clean and tidy and the washing facilities in the garage meant we could pack lighter. We used the facilities to cook on several occasions and the equipment is ample for this. The owners have been nothing but helpful and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for our once in a lifetime holiday.

Lovely stay in Kissimmee

House had everything we needed and a great location. Very comfortable and clean! However, would have liked a safe deposit box/house alarm for leaving valuables when out of house at parks.

Spring Break

Very spacious, comfortable villa with well equipped kitchen and great tv, wifi and electronic games. Plenty reading material together with traditional board games. Living room very well furnished with modern comfy suite. Great to relax on after a busy day out and about. Pool area had plenty seating and as we were there end of April, beginning of May we had arranged pool heat. Well worth the extra cost. Local Management Company easy to contact and quick to respond to any requests. Very quiet and safe neighbourhood. Easy to reach from Orlando Airport and perfectly situated for the parks ( takes about 30 minutes or so). House needs minor TCL to some paintwork and slightly softer pillows please, however, this does not detract from the overall positive experience. Planning our next visit !

After a long but enjoyable day at the theme parks or shopping, there is nothing better we enjoy more than sitting on the pool deck watching the sun go down whilst the silence is only broken by the sound of the lake's water fountain, oh and the kids playing in the pool!
