About this property

This luxurious holiday home is suitable for up to 9 people, is located in Schmallenberg-Holthausen and is approx. 20 km from the famous ski area Winterberg. Holthausen is a beautiful village between the hills of the Sauerland. There are several supermarkets and restaurants nearby.
The house with 150 sqm consists of a basement with storage room and shower and toilet, a first floor with a large living room with fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and toilet and a second floor with 3 large bedrooms and a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. A large balcony with a view of the whole area.
Next to our house there is a beautiful garden with a lawn.

The tourist tax (€ 2.00 per night per adult over 14 years) is not included in the price and will be charged separately.

Winterurlaub

Wir haben als Familie eine schöne Zeit verbracht. Die Nähe zu Winterberg ist toll; im Ort selber gibt es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, diese sind aber mit dem Auto gut erreichbar! Wir konnten Spaziergänge in schöner Landschaft genießen. Vielen Dank!

Wonderful!

Comfortable and beautiful holiday home, with large bedrooms and bathroom. Definitely big enough for 8 people. Kitchen was very well equipped. Large selection of DVDs and other various things to do. Would certainly come back again!

Wunderbar! Grosses Haus und riesiger Garten

Alles perfekt! Großes Haus mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Vier Schlafzimmer, riesiger Garten, schöner Terrassenplatz mit großem Tisch und tollen Stühlen. Bequeme Betten, absolut-ruhige Nacht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Nebenort (2km), gutes Restaurant im Ort. Sehr nette Vermieter und sehr nette Betreuung vor Ort. Und alles total unkompliziert. Ganz lieben Dank!

Familienfreundlich

Super für ein bis zwei Familien. Genug Platz sich auch mal zurückziehen zu können. Ein schöner, weitläufiger (Gemeinschafts-)Garten. Zum Spielen (Federball, Boccia...), Grillen etc. gut geeignet. Hat uns jetzt schon das zweite Mal gut gefallen.
