About this property

Our quiet house is located at 1000 m above sea level between Birchabruck and Eggen, or Air line between Deutschnofen and Welschnofen and offers 6 vacation studio apartment rooms with mini kitchen, as well as 2 vacation rooms each for two (max. Three) people. All rooms have balconies. Minimum stay three days.

Apartment 11 on the terrace floor with bed or sofa. View to the south and west through the winter garden to the terrace. Access via the lounge. Without balcony.

A cozy lounge with a basic stove on the terrace floor is ideal for large groups and invites you to a sociable evening.

It is located in the Eggental valley below Eggen, surrounded by forest, meadow, water on the rushing mountain stream, only a few minutes by car from the SkiCenter Latemar / Obereggen. All studio rooms with mini kitchen, satellite TV, bathroom, central heating are equipped with French. Double bed, additional bed, table, two chairs, closet and balcony table with two chairs.

The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.

The mini kitchens have two hot plates, fridge, sink and glass showcase with dishes / cutlery for up to three people.

The kitchen in the basement is intended for friends from several apartments and can be booked for shared cooking pleasure.

The sun terraces, which can also be reached from the ground-level lounge, as well as the natural meadow and the sun island in the stream, are available to the guests of the apartments for a free, comfortable stay.

Schönes Ferienhaus, guter Urlaub

Die Wirtsleute haben alles dafür getan, uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Die Mühle war urig, die Zimmer hatten alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist super: Bushaltestelle vor der Haustür. Die Busse kann man mit der Gästekarte benutzen. Man braucht hier kein Auto.

Ein sehr schön einsam gelegenes Haus im Wald

Aber man ist nicht aus der Welt - die Bushaltestelle ist gleich oben an der Strasse! Und der Ort Eggen ist fussläufig erreichbar! Und zu den Skigebieten Obereggen bzw. Karersee (beide seeehr empfehlenswert) sind es auch nur ein paar Autominuten! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem Haus. Viele schöne Zimmer, der Aufenthaltsraum mit dem wohligen Grundofen, große Küche und die tägliche Betreuung durch Frau Sieglinde - es hat alles gestimmt. Abends nur noch das Rauschen des Baches und der Quelle, ein Ort der Ruhe. Die Vermieter sind bemüht, Wert und Ausstattung zu steigern. Und die Verwalterin regelt alles auf geräuschlose Art. Ein empfehlenswertes Objekt für Selbstversorgergruppen oder mehrere Familien.

Not good

We wore not happy with the host. We booked and paid for the entire property . We wore 18 so 9 rooms. When we got there we only got 7 rooms and the other 2 wore booked after we specifically asked for the entire house since was a family reunion. The first night we wore screamed at by the owner and accused that we broke a door. We wore told that the owner has a temper problem by the property manager when we tried to get an explanation to all this . That is not ok We are all professional adults in mid 40’s 50’s so not really the party crowd that brakes doors . My son (17) who was sleeping because he was jet lag was confronted in his room about the door by the owner walking in on him and screaming about the door. We wore all in the house so there was no chance my son broke the door without us hearing this . On top of the fact that we booked and paid for the entire place but instead we had to share it with 2 other couples we wore served with a 1000 euro bill for the door that has a 1cm damage that obviously was there way before we checked in. This experience was very disappointing, and made our vacation/ reunion a little bit less pleasant. The place needs a deep cleaning and the pictures make the place look a lot better than it is.
