To be clear: We are located at 3481 Harbor Drive, Spring Hill (Weeki Wachee), FL 34607, in Hernando County. We are on a little Gulf of Mexico Island one hour north of Tampa/Clearwater, FL. Sometimes referred to as little Pine Island. (IMPORTANT: Big Pine Island, 5 hours way down south of us, by Ft. Myers that was completely destroyed by Hurricane Ian in 2022.) That is NOT us. We are NORTH of Tampa. in
Hernando County, FL. It's called: " Florida's Nature/Adventure Coast." About 1hr. north of beautiful Tampa Airport. Fly to Tampa (TPA), and 1 hr. later you are on a Gulf of Mexico Island with your toes in the sand! The beach is at the end of our dead-end street, about 100 feet away.

"Seaclusion"

Our Gulfside island getaway is one hour north of Tampa Bay, in Hernando County, FL and sits 2.5 miles in the Gulf of Mexico from the mainland. Take a two- lane (county- maintained) road through the natural Florida sawgrass setting, cross two little bridges and you are there. As you drive on, look towards the Gulf of Mexico for the Sunset Coral color house with two white jumbo size lifeguard chairs. They'll be on either side of the driveway. The sign on the side of the house AND between the lifeguard chairs says: "Seaclusion." That says it all! You've arrived!

Enjoy our Gulfside Island's breezy serenity of a beautifully furnished 3 bedroom / 2 bath authentic Florida Stilt House. (There aren't many left now) A few short steps to the Gulf of Mexico, Spring Hill (Weeki Wachee), Florida. The home of the world famous Weeki Wachee Springs Park Mermaids (a live underwater theater Mermaid show) since 1947! Check it out on YouTube. Just 15 minutes away. Fun day.

With colorful chairs, umbrella, "Mermaids" Tiki Bar, chairs for the sun lovers and a full- size deck-top bathroom. All on the same level as the house.
