About this property

House Anni and Gerd - gem in absolute idyll and tranquility

Bungalow with three rooms plus kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet all on 60 m².
The house was newly renovated 2016-2017.
Parking in front of the house. A dog is welcome,
(no cats or other pets).
The plot about 1200 m² is not fenced.
We renounce WLAN to avoid disturbances of the hoped-for recovery.
The kitchen (new) is equipped with fridge (freezer), oven and microwave. In addition, there is a coffee machine, a kettle and an egg cooker.
The loop with swimming is only about 300 meters away.
Supermarket bakery and merchant about 2 km far away.
In the shed there is a bike to get bread, a barbecue and cushions and 2 beach chairs

Brodersby

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Haus verbracht. Das Einzige was uns ab und zu gefehlt hat ist ein WLAN - heutzutage schon wichtig wenn man so wie wir 3 Wochen dort verbracht hat und zum Teil gerne den ganzen Tag dort im Garten und Haus verbringen möchte

Sommerurlaub mit der Familie

Es war eine wirklich schöne Zeit an der Schlei. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und die Kommunikation schnell und unkompliziert. Das Haus war sauber und mit allen ausgestattet was man benötigt. Der Garten war sehr idyllisch. Die Schlei war in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Eine wunderbare Badestelle die auch für kleine Kinder geeignet ist und auch ein Hundestrand war vor Ort. Mit der Fähre in Missunde sind wir gern gefahren und haben von dort aus die Schlei erkundet. Auch an der Ostsee ist man relativ schnell. Eckernförde hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Aber auch Kappeln ist eine sehr schöne kleine Stadt. Wir kommen bestimmt gern mal wieder.

Entspannte Tage an der Schlei

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche an der Schlei. Haben Haus und Grundstück, besonders die absolute Ruhe, sehr genossen!

Sommerurlaub an der Schlei

Insgesamt ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub an der Schlei. Das kleine Ferienhaus, in einer sehr ruhigen Ferienhausanlage mit großzügigem, gepflegten Gartengrundstück, direkt in zweiter Reihe am Wasser gelegen, ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Radtouren, Spaziergänge und Ausflüge. Lage, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit des Hauses, vor allem Küche und Bad, waren sehr gut. Einzig bei der Ausstattung im Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer, die doch schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen ist sowie dem Insektenschutz in den Fenstern, gibt es noch Verbesserungspotential. Der Platz für die Sachen für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist doch sehr begrenzt. Bei Belegung mit 4 Personen wird es sicher sehr knapp, bei nur zwei Personen kann man den zweiten Schlafraum dafür nutzen. Die Terassenmöbel waren zwar technisch i.O. könnten aber durchaus durch eine zeitgemäße und moderne Sitzgarnitur ersetzt werden. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr erholsamen und entspannten Aufenthalt. Es hat uns in der Schleiregion sehr gut gefallen und wir würden sicher auch noch mal wiederkommen. Vielen Dank auch für das kleine Begrüßungsgeschenk. Vielleicht wäre ein WLAN- Anschluss doch überlegenswert, da man doch mal die eine oder andere Recherche nach einem Ziel oder einer Information zu Dingen in der Umgebung macht. Vielen Dank noch mal.
