About this property

Exceptional estate from the 16th Century, which originally served the supply of the castle of Aujac. In this spacious unit there are 1 bathroom and a separate toilet, 2 bedrooms and on a gallery still 2Schlafgelegenheiten (1,8mx0,80m). A living room and a terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, electric oven, large fridge and dishwasher.
The pool is a bit below the house. Recreation for individualists and nature lovers. The sights of the Ardeche are worth a visit, the Cévennes invite to hikes and swimming in the crystal clear Cèze.
During the renovation of the house as much as possible of the old building fabric was preserved as beamed ceilings, the stone floor in the kitchen and the visible old stone walls.
You should feel well, the apartment with terrace, kitchen and bathroom you have for yourself. The garden (about 8000 m2) and the pool are available to guests of the 2 Gites and us, there is enough space. The pool is about 5x10m and equipped with salt electrolysis.

Location décevante

Extrêmement déçus de cette location. Aucun entretien interieur/extérieur. Draps housses troués, linge de toilette usé, transats de la piscine moisis, table de jardin usée par le temps...nous sommes partis avant la fin de notre séjour. Les 2 seules choses positives sont la vue dominante et la piscine.

Vacances à Aujac

À notre arrivée il n y avait personne pour nous accueillir, nous ne savions pas quel était notre logement...c est un voisin qui nous a renseigné et ce malgré le fait que nous ayons envoyé un message le jour avant notre arrivée( nous n avons pas eu de réponse). Le logement est bien même si nous avons du acheter une bonbonne de gaz pour la cuisinière car celle en place était vide. La piscine est bien mais les abords ne sont pas entretenus et les coussins des chaises longues sont dégueulasses. Il y a un manque d entretien du jardin et de la terrasse( mauvaises herbes, arbustes non taillés , ...). Il n y a pas non plus de parasol alors qu il serait bien nécéssaire. Néanmoins le village est très joli et très calme et la région magnifique. Le rapport qualité/ prix n est vraiment pas bon.

Wunderschönes Gebäude mit wunderschöner Anlage und ruhiger Umgebung

Unser Urlaub war in der Nebensaison und trotzdem mit gutem Wetter verbunden, so, dass wir sogar den Pool noch nutzen konnten, der übrigens sehr sauber ist. Die Anlage ist schön gepflegt, man entdeckt vor allem viele verschiedene Pflanzen im Garten, die selbst im September noch farbenfroh blühen und von zahlreichen Schmetterlingen und bienen angeflogen werden. Es gibt sogar reife leckere Feigen ;) Vom Haus aus kann man sogar recht gut loswandern, man ist schnell an der in der Nähe gelegenen Burg und die Landschaft ist einfach traumhaft. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht: Herd, Ofen, sauberes Wasser, eine große Auswahl an Kochutensilien, die sogar meine daheim übertrifft. Wer es liebt in alten Gemäuern zu hausen, der kommt hier voll auf seine Kosten ohne auf irgendeinen Komfort verzichten zu müssen. Auch Internet ist hier vorhanden, lediglich der Durchsatz ist nicht so hoch, aber für eine serie am Abend reicht es definitiv, wenn man nicht sowieso schon müde von den ganzen wunderbaren Eindrücken tagsüber ins Bett fällt und einschläft. ;) Wir nehmen uns vor wieder zu kommen!

Great and peaceful location, beautiful house, terrace and view

We were very positively surprised with the beautiful location, pool, terraces, view, garden and very nice owner. Small bar/restaurant in walking distance for lunch or dinner. Would definitely come back.
