Our "garden apartment" is 55 square meters, has its own small garden. The terrace is a real dream home especially for families. Comfortable breakfast in the "own" garden or in the spacious kitchen with a new kitchen or the bathroom with a starry sky makes this apartment a little gem.
Our house is organic, without chemical substances and with wood from special moon phases. Precious materials and new, clear shapes characterize the simple style of the house. Ferienhaus Rose is in harmony with nature and conveys peace and harmony. The scent of wood is relaxing, calming and invigorating. First-class feeling of wellbeing and soothing comfort at Rose.

Every season in Schröcken has its own magic. After the long, hard winter, we are already looking forward to spring awakening. Not long, and the unique natural setting shines again in the warm summer sun. We will soon be able to enjoy the magic of the alpine pastures, the fresh mountain springs and extensive hikes on the majestic mountain peaks.
With us, everything is ready to make you feel comfortable from day one: the charming nature, the unique ambience, the numerous leisure and activity options such as hiking, climbing, mountain biking, motorcycling, guided hiking tours, adventure park for young and old.
