GENERAL
The apartment is super-connected and centrally located in Vienna: 4 minutes to the tram, 5 minutes to the subway and only 10 minutes to the main train station.

The apartment was lovingly renovated and furnished in 2018. It is an old building with high ceilings and great flair.

Please note that the apartment is not quite finished yet: lampshades, bedside tables and other details are still missing - hence the great price.

Also in the house rehabilitation work is still being done.

DETAILED INFORMATION ABOUT THE APARTMENT
Our apartment is perfect for 2 guests, but sleeps up to 4 guests:

The bedroom is small but nice: wardrobe and a new box spring can be found here.

In the kitchen there is a well-equipped kitchen (microwave, stove, oven, fridge / freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishes, ....) and a dining table and a sofa bed. From 3 guests we prepare the sofa bed. Here we also use a mattress pad for a better sleep comfort.

The bathroom is small, but efficient and practical planned (with shower, towel warming, a hair dryer is available).

In the hallway / anteroom there is a clothes rack as well as a washing machine, which of course may be used.

OTHERS
In the house, the attic is being expanded. An elevator is already installed, but can not be used at the moment. The apartment is located on the first floor, so therefore not too many steps to deal with.

The house facade was renovated, as well as other parts of the general area. To disappoint any expectations, we would like to mention that the general areas of the house are not the most well-kept. Somebody that bothers, should not book our apartment. The apartment itself is in our view but a gem and we attach great importance to cleanliness!
