It is located directly on the beach path, is surrounded by 1300 square meters of land and offers a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea - right up to the island of Poel.

On the ground floor you will find a spacious, bright living area (48 sqm) with an open kitchen, fireplace, a cozy corner sofa and a large lounge for the whole family. It forms the communicative heart of this house. In the custom-made and comfortably equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, blender, juicer), cooking together becomes a wonderful holiday experience. You can let your gaze wander over the Bay of Wismar from a place at the kitchen counter. The large family table invites you to a meal together and long game evenings in a cozy atmosphere. On cooler days you can relax in front of the crackling fireplace.

The color scheme of the entire interior is kept in natural tones and therefore looks very harmonious.

From the living area you have direct access to the west terrace. It is equipped with garden furniture and sun loungers and a parasol. In the beach chair you can enjoy the sunset.

A large shower room with wellness shower and spacious sauna additionally increases the feel-good character of this special thatched roof house. A separate guest toilet is also available on the ground floor.

In the utility room you will find a washing machine, dryer, clothes horse, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and cleaning utensils.

Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.80 x 2 m) and a children's room with two single beds. Thanks to the custom built-in furniture, all rooms offer enough storage space for your luggage and are also darkened by pleated blinds or curtains. From one bedroom you have a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea.

Another room with a sofa bed can be used as a retreat for relaxing, watching TV, working or reading. Here you will find a desk with a view of the Baltic Sea. WiFi is freely available.

The very high-quality full bath with free-standing bathtub completes this special holiday home. While showering you can enjoy the view of fields and the sea beyond.

The underfloor heating installed throughout the house ensures a pleasant indoor climate.

On the large property there is a garden shed, in which you can store your own gas grill and your bicycles.

In front of the house there are two parking spaces for your cars.
