The beach house Casina Mare is located directly on the south beach, the property can be reached via a path through the park, here is the contact with the sea an unforgettable experience! It has a large sun terrace and a covered porch right at the entrance. The building is inserted in the rocks of the coast. Of course, the park and parking are available to guests. The park is completely fenced and private, the beach is public, a tip for locals who know the area well. You have to climb or swim to reach it. The Casina Mare has its direct access, 3 meters from the porch.
This property is ideal for people who love the direct contact with nature and the tides and want to be pleasantly accommodated. The decor of the bright apartment is essential, there is everything you need, 4 people can live well in a through room with 2 beds and a double, a shower room and a kitchen.
The mild climate allows to swim from April-May to October - beginning of November.

Unterkunft dringend renovierungsbedürftig

Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Frau Thiem war sehr nett und zuvorkommend! Die Unterkunft war vielleicht vor Jahren mal toll mittlerweile allerdings sehr baufällig. Im Badezimmer bröckelt der Putz von den Wänden. Anstrengend war auch das man nirgends den Sand abwaschen konnte sodass am 2. Tag überall Sand war! Die Küche war ebenfalls renovierungsbedürftig! Am 3. Tag fingen Arbeiter über uns das klopfen an sodass Felsbrocken auf unser Dach fielen. Außerdem gehen die Bahnschienen direkt über dem Grundstück entlang! Der Strand wäre toll wenn er nicht Tag und Nacht belagert gewesen wäre! Die Jugendlichen lassen anschließend auch überall ihren Müll liegen! Alles in allem war die Umgebung toll, allerdings die Unterkunft nicht empfehlenswert!

leider nur fast perfekt

Lage, Umgebung, Ansprechpartner... alles top und perfekt! Aber: die Unterkunft an sich ist auf keinen Fall besser als auf den Bildern: Sie ist dringend sanierungsbedürftig! Das war teilweise erschreckend. Außerdem ist der "Privatstrand" alles andere wie einsam: tagsüber kommt man sich oft vor wie in Rimini... Leider lassen dann auch alle Ihren Müll rumliegen. Wen das nicht stört hat einen absolut tollen Urlaub!!

Einfache, aber wunderbare Oase am Meer

Der gemischte Sand- und Felsenstrand ist einmalig. Das Strandhaus ist traumhaft für alle Menschen, die das Meer in all seinen Facetten lieben.

Perfekt ... Bellissima !!!

Wir danken den Gastgebern, dass wir unseren Urlaub an diesem schönen Ort verbringen durften. Die Ferienwohnung ist wie beschrieben. Sehr sauber. Wunderschöne Terrasse direkt am Strand. Wir haben es genossen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und auch die Kontaktperson, Frau Thiem war sehr zuvorkommend. Für uns war es eine wundervolle Zeit und wir werden auf alle Fälle wiederkommen. Ein kleines Paradies

Wir haben die brausenden Wogen vor unserer Türe sehr genossen. Alles nötige war in der Wohnung vorhanden, besonders, dass ausreichend Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt wurden, war uns willkommen. Die Terrasse ist einfach ein Traum. Das Meer war für unsere kleinen Kinder (5+7 Jahre) etwas zu wild, aber das tat dem Genuss keinen großen Abbruch. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder in dieses kleine Paradies kommen.
