Located in the heart of the old town of Bolzano, in the hamlet of Stillendorf, 5 minutes walk from the fruit market and Waltherplatz with views of the internal park, this newly furnished small apartment is located.
The living and dining area with a small, fully equipped kitchenette is the heart of the apartment.
The sleeping area with walk-in closet is separated by a screen.
A small light-flooded extra room with single bed has been provided with wardrobe and linen closet as well as desk.
A bathroom (incl. Washing machine) with shower and toilet-shower completes the offer.
The apartment is located in the 3rd Floor and is accessible not only over a grand staircase on a passenger elevator.

Ottima scelta

La casa è ubicata ai limiti dell'area pedonale del centro storico. Posizione ottimale sia per visitare le attrazioni (mercatino e musei), sia per le utilità che per spostarsi al di fuori della città. L'appartamento è silenzioso, pulito, dotato di comfort, accogliente. Il tutto è perfettamente funzionante e gli ospiti non devono preoccuparsi di pesi extra quali biancheria, stoviglie etc. Ideale per chi ha bambini. L'host è una persona molto cordiale, puntuale e che rende semplice il soggiorno. Per le nostre esigenze è stata una Prima Scelta!

Gemütliche und fein ausgestattete Wohnung in Top-Lage

Der herzliche, persönliche Empfang mit allerlei nützlichen Infos zur Wohnung und Umgebung durch Manfred hat uns gleich einen schönen Start in unseren Urlaub beschert. Ein sehr netter Kontakt. Die Wohnung hatte alles, was wir von einem Rückzugsort nach ausgiebigen Wander- und Shoppingtouren erwartet haben. Die Lage am Ende der Fußgängerzone ist ideal, man ist in kürzester Zeit entweder auf verschiedenen Wanderwegen oder mitten in der City unterwegs. Allein der Eingang bzw. Aufgang durchs Treppenhaus ist sehenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
