This cozy and air-conditioned holiday home invites you to linger on the Alfsee. Even at warm temperatures, you can sleep well at night thanks to a new and high quality air conditioning. In two minutes you are already at the water ski resort and all other attractions around the Alfsee are easily accessible from this house.

The house is located in the cottage settlement 1 and is one of the closest houses to the lake. Lovingly and comfortably furnished, it certainly ensures a pleasant stay.

Each of the bedrooms has a Smart TV of the latest generation and in conjunction with the satellite reception you can also relax and enjoy a program. Of course, they have access to the Internet via Wi-Fi.

On the ground floor there is a bath / WC and in addition there is a guest toilet in the upper area.

In addition to the smart home infrared heaters in the house enough wood for the fireplace is available.

Alles total gut

Einfache Kommunikation und eine Menge vertrauen. Infrarotheizung und Kamin ergänzten sich jetzt über Weihnachten wunderbar. Ruhige schöne Tage gehabt.

Schön, aber nicht perfekt

Unser Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr schön. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Die Bilder in der Anzeige lassen das Haus und den Garten in meiner Wahrnehmung etwas größer wirken. Dennoch ist ausreichend Platz vorhanden. Im Dachgeschoss ist es im Sommer sehr warm, was aber durch die Klimaanlage kompensiert wird. Leider ist das Laminat im Wohnzimmer etwas kaputt, sodass man beim Barfußgehen etwas aufpassen muss. Leider sind die Füße eines Betts bei unserem Aufenthalt gebrochen. Dieses wurde aber durch den Vermieter am nächsten Tag direkt behoben. Ein weiterer negativer Punkt ist, dass der Strom nicht im Mietpreis inbegriffen ist. Durch die Lage im Ferienzentrum Alfsee gibt es sehr viele Freizeitangebote. Insgesamt fanden wir es einen schönen Aufenthalt

Unser Aufenthalt im "Haus Kaldings"

Unser Aufenthalt war wunderschön. Uns war nur vorher nicht klar, dass ein Kind unten schlafen "muss", wenn jedes Kind ein eigenes Zimmer bekommen soll und es ist für uns etwas ungewöhnlich, dass der Wohnraum keinen Fernseher in der Ausstattung hat, sondern das Schlafzimmer aufgesucht werden muss, wenn man Fernsehen möchte. Darüber hinaus hat dieses Objekt verschiedene, gemütliche Sitzecken, die wir alle sehr gerne genutzt haben! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und auch den Damen, die das Objekt pflegen, war tadellos!
