Enjoy the beautiful finca La Rosaleda for twelve people, just a few minutes from the village of Pollensa and 6 minutes drive from the beach in the bay of Pollensa.

The well-kept finca, with a large Mediterranean garden, has a 5 x 10 metre saltwater swimming pool and an outdoor jacuzzi with solar cells and outdoor shower. The pool is equipped with comfortable sunbeds with towels, an awning and an umbrella for shade. In addition, a covered barbecue area and a ping-pong table make the outdoor experience perfect. There is also a practical outdoor bathroom.

The house is distributed over two floors with 6 bedrooms: on the ground floor there are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en suite), a living room with satellite Smart TV and a kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. The first floor has a private entrance, a terrace and is accessed by an external staircase. There are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room and a kitchen.
Two of the bedrooms have a double bed, and the other four have two single beds each. 3 of the bathrooms have a bathtub and one has a shower.

Very quiet and only a few minutes from the beach this Majorcan finca will offer you a relaxing and restful holiday in the company of your family or friends.

An excellent villa, catered for all our needs

An amazing property to stay in for our holiday. Pool was fantastic and enjoyed using the outside kitchen by the pool.

Lovely stay at La Rosa Leda

This is a lovely old style villa, beautifully cared for by the owner, Jose, with great facilities and a wonderful garden of flowers and fruit. Two excellent verandas for use at different times of the day, good pool and spacious living room. Not really walking distance for either Pollença or Port de Pollenca but we did not feel this mattered. The quiet location was wonderful with the mountain views all around. We all agreed that we would be happy to go there again.

Great large villa with fantastic pool, gardens and outdoor spaces

Worked well for 12 of us (3 families of four with children) for a week. Short drive to supermarkets, Port de PollençaPollença. Also possible to walk 500mso to a bus stop. We had one minor issue which the owner resolved quickly. Would happily return and recommend to others.

Ha sido una semana ESPECTACULAR. La casa ha sido ideal para disfrutar con niños pequeños. La piscina está lo suficientemente aislada para evitar accidentes. Los anfitriones han sido muy amables. Sería un placer poder repetir la experiencia!!
