Our house Aviva with 5 cozy apartments is located in a quiet, sunny location on the top hillside of the Bodman district, with a beautiful view of the Überlinger See.
Relax after a nice day on your own terrace or on our roof terrace and let your gaze wander over Lake Constance.
You are welcome to meet at our barbecue area with a cozy arbor and end the evening.

The 50 m² apartment is located on the 1st Upper floor and can accommodate 2-4 people. Relax in the garden or on the roof terrace after an eventful day in the region and enjoy the view of Lake Constance.

In a few minutes' walk you can reach the pier and the promenade. In the village you will find everything you need for a beautiful Lake Constance vacation: bike rental, boat rental, restaurants, village shop, bakery, butcher, post office, and much more.
Make excursions to sights on Lake Constance: Mainau Island, wildlife park, Affenberg, Birnau Abbey, Unteruhldingen stilt houses, Zeppelin Museum Friedrichshafen, Constance, Rheinfall Schaffhausen, and much more. Brochures are available for you in the house.

Top organisiert

Ausreichend große Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Perfekt, die Garage für die Räder. Leider kein Balkon aber dafür mehrere Terrassen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr sauber, sehr nett.

Der Aufenthalt war in Ordnung

Die Lage der Wohnung war gut. Allerdings z.B. gab es nur ein großes Brotmesser (keine Obst- und Gemüsemesser) - Kühlschrank war für vier Personen als Selbstversorger zu klein. Es fehlten auch Haken zum Aufhängen nasser Textilien u. a. ein Wäschetrockner.
