FINCA VERDE is picturesquely embedded in a green palm idyll. The property, which is laid out with beautiful palm trees and blooming oleanders, offers a particularly natural atmosphere and invites you to further explore the well-tended grounds.

The FINCA VERDE has a pool that is exclusively accessible to you. With a size of 10x5m and a depth of up to 2.5m, it is of a comfortable size and provides wonderful refreshment on hot days.

Right next door is the small, cute casita ("little house") with its 35sqm. It is fully equipped with a small kitchen, a bathroom and a large double bed (plus optional: single bed). The casita can be a tranquil retreat if a little more privacy is desired. For example, if a couple of friends are traveling with you, or if the grandparents crawl out of bed very early, or if you simply want to “chill” the older children by the pool until late at night and want to sleep in undisturbed until noon. You can book the casita optionally (50-75 € / day), please just contact us.

The large, south-west facing terrace of the FINCA VERDE is also surrounded by large palm trees and flowering bushes, which give the covered veranda a special seclusion. If you let your gaze wander into the distance, green is also the dominant color, after all you enjoy a particularly pronounced privacy on this property, surrounded by the island nature. The nearby grill offers all possibilities to prepare various delicacies. The seating area on the covered terrace invites you to a bottle of wine until late in the evening by candlelight. A refreshing breakfast in the morning is just as tasty here as a hearty barbecue in the evening - try it out!

Should it get a bit cooler in the evening, the 50sqm conservatory with a exposed beam ceiling invites you to make yourself comfortable or simply enjoy the view of green nature in a homely atmosphere. In FINCA VERDE you will find ideal conditions for socializing in any weather and in any mood: maybe someone in the open kitchen is already starting to chop vegetables for dinner while the children splash around in the pool? The devices in the kitchen are perfect for preparing a typical Spanish meal. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of pots, pans, dishes and kitchen aids of all kinds. A modern machine for classic coffee or delicious espresso is one of the most important kitchen utensils on the finca. On classic Spanish furniture, the breakfast snack or extensive dinner can be enjoyed in style in the winter garden.

In the living room there are comfortable couch furniture, on which you can make yourself comfortable at any time of the day. There is also a large flat screen television with which you can receive German programs. But you may also prefer to let the fireplace crackle you into bed sleepiness. The bedrooms are equipped with new beds and comfortable mattresses, so that you like to stay a little longer. The large windows and the light wall colors make the rooms look very friendly. This ensures a good mood - you can also have it, because as a further treat there is a large walk-in, walk-in shower in the bathroom.

Shopping service (full refrigerator / basic equipment, price by arrangement) and additional intermediate cleaning (€ 100) can be booked optionally after 1 week. Please inquire by email.
The main house is suitable for 6 people. For more than 6 people, we recommend booking the casita as an option.
