About this property

Our Villa Matija is located in the quiet village of Krvavica. Krvavica is located on the '' Makarska Riviera '' between Baska Voda and Makarska.

Both places can be reached by car in a few minutes. If you have a little more time, you can go on foot and take a nice walk along the beach.

In Villa Matija there are 6 fully equipped apartments in different sizes. From 55 sqm to 82 sqm.

All apartments are fully equipped and have a private parking space.

In our small but fine village there are a few small shops next to the marina where you can buy bread and other small things. We would also be happy to reserve a table for you in one of our secret tip restaurants in the village or in Makarska. You can reach the quiet beach of Krvavica or Bratus in a few minutes on foot from our Villa Matija. Of course there are also some cafes, restaurants and bars on the beach

Split Airport can be reached in around 60 minutes by car.

Bed linen, towels and a hair dryer are included in the price.

Excursions:

You have many excursion options on the Makarska Riviera, particularly recommended, a trip to Biokovo, the mountain that surpasses the entire coastal area of Makarska, but also a visit to the neighboring islands is recommended. It takes half an hour to get to the Biokovo hill by car. Along the way there is Gornji Tucepi, some restaurants, and on the mountain saddle 'Staza' (path) (897 m) you will find the restaurant 'Vrata Biokova' (Porta von Biokovo). The mountain hiking home is also on the way to the top.

The same route through Gornji Tucepi takes you inland to the place of pilgrimage Medjugorje (64 km), Vrgorac (36 km). It is recommended to visit the city of Mostar (91 km), Vid (Narona 77 km), Imotski (64 km) and Sinj (92 km) in the interior. Split and Dubrovnik are the cities that are a must to visit.

Relaxing stay

Matija and family are the perfect hosts, very friendly and helpful, they don't speak much English, but that doesn't matter. The apartment was spotlessly clean and spacious, in a quiet, but convenient location. It it centrally located for rock climbing/ cycling and hiking in the area. The pool is lovely and the surroundings are relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Toller Urlaub

Nachdem wir mit Kaffee und kühlen Getränken empfangen wurden, hat man uns die Wohnung gezeigt. Sie ist sehr groß und außerordentlich sauber. Es gibt sehr viele Schränke, Kommoden, Stauraum in allen Zimmern. Sowohl Wohnung, Haus als auch Pool werden aufmerksam von den Eigentümer gepflegt. Auf dem Grundstück gibt es genügend Parkplätze für alle Mieter. Am Pool kann es schon mal eng werden, wenn alle Urlauber da sind, aber das ist wirklich äußerst selten der Fall. Der Weg zum Strand beträgt ca. 800 m bergab (d. h. abends bergauf) und ist gut zu Fuß zu machen. Uns persönlich hat es sehr gut gefallen, dass der Ort und auch der Strand nicht so überlaufen sind wie die Nachbarorte. Das hat aber natürlich zur Folge, dass man zum Einkaufen oder Restaurantbesuch das Auto nutzen muss. Krvavica ist auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, was wir rege genutzt haben. Hierbei und auch bei der Restaurant- wahl wurden wir von den Vermietern mit guten Ratschlägen unterstützt. Ein toller Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr komfortabel, beste Qualität, sehr elegant eingerichtet Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, sehr viel Platz und mehrere Balkone Fußläufig zum Strand Verkehr auf der kleinen Straße zum Strand stört überhaupt nicht Je nach Etage nicht immer Blick auf das Meer und Häuserdichte im Ort recht hoch, doch die Qualität der Wohnung und eine geschickte Anlage der Wohnungen wiegt dies bei weitem auf. Sehr gut isoliert, von den Nachbarn hört man nichts Blick auf das Gebirge atemberaubend Durch den Tunnel von der Autobahm aus schnellst erreichbar Sehr empfehlenswert

Super Ferienwohnung

Wir verbrachten zu viert, 14 tolle Ferientage in dieser Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist riesig, sauber und die Vermieter sind wirklich ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und nett. Wir können die Wohnung und Krvavica absolut empfehlen. Vielen Dank auch für den netten Grillabend und die Reservierungen in den Restaurants. sauber und gut ausgestattet

Wir verbrachten eine erholsame Woche in einer großzügien und sauberen Ferienwohnung, eingebettet in die schone Natur von Makarska Riverara und dem Biokovo-Gebirge. Viele interessante Ausflugsziele lassen die Zeit nicht lang werden. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war bestimmt nicht unsere letzte Reise nach Kroatien
