This new, modern villa is located in Privlaka, only 150 meters from the sea and beautiful sandy beaches.
On the ground floor there is a living room and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine).
On the ground floor there is a bedroom, bathroom and toilet (with a washing machine). The villa is fully air conditioned.
From the top floor you have a wonderful view of the nearby beach. The villa has 3 bedrooms (two double and one single), 2 bathrooms, a sofa for sleeping in the living room for 2 people, so that the house can accommodate up to 8 people in total.
The villa has satellite TV and free WiFi.
In the garden of the villa there is a swimming pool (30 m2) with a grill and table and chairs so that you can enjoy the summer evenings with family and friends.
The nearest restaurant, shop and bakery are just 150 meters from the villa.

The center of Privlaka, where the villa is located, is only 200 meters away, and the first restaurant and shop are 200 meters from the house. Privlaka is known for its long sandy beaches and crystal clear water. Thanks to the hardworking fishermen from Privlaka, you can always buy fresh, freshly caught fish there. The restaurants offer mussels, olives, cheese and quality wines that will satisfy the most demanding gourmets. Near Privlaka is Nin, a historical place with many sights and only 20 km away is Zadar, one of the most popular tourist cities in Croatia, which was declared the most beautiful destination in Europe in 2016.

Ein tolles Haus mit Klasse Stränden in der Nähe

An dem Objekt gibt es nichts zu bemängeln....ganz im Gegenteil! Wirklich Klasse und alles sehr sauber. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Der Strand vor der Haustür lässt Wünsche offen. Es ist nicht sooo schön, aber auch hier ist das Wasser sehr sauber und schön flach für Kinder und nicht "überlaufen". Jedoch in wenigen Minuten, mit dem Auto, erreicht man ganz tolle Strände in der Nähe. In Summe sehr zu empfehlen.

"Licht und Schatten" eines Relaxurlaubs in Priwlaka

Wir wurden am Anreisetag sehr herzlich und freundlich von den Vermietern am Haus empfangen, und bei allen weiteren Fragen und Wünschen war das Vermieterpaar jederzeit und sofort zur Stelle - dafür geben wir gerne 5 Punkte. Das Haus entsprach den Erwartungen und auch den Angaben des Inserats( auch wenn nicht ersichtlich ist, dass es sich um ein Doppelhaus handelt) Etwas bedenklich und befremdlich finden wir die Aussage allerdings, dass alles "fussläufig" erreichbar ist, denn das war für uns ein entscheidender Punkt für die Buchung des Hauses - sicherlich erreicht man fussläufig den Orstkern, wo es genau EIN Restaurant gibt: (absolutes Desaster, Totalausfall quasi : absolut nicht empfehlenswert!!) und ja, den Strand, in der tat gibt es Strandbereiche, die fussläufig erreichbar sind - allerdings handelt es sich NICHT um den Strand, der im Inserat abgebildet war( diesen Strand findet man in Nin, ca 15 Autominuten)wie fast alle schönen Strände in der Umgebung nur mit dem Auto rerreichbar sind. Unser Fazit also : man ist auf das Auto angewiesen, und das sollte man vorher wissen! Denn genau das wollten wir nicht! Wir haben das Beste daraus gemacht und des öfteren Abends gegrillt, was wunderbar funktioniert hat. Gerne hätten wir tagsüber auch öfter den Pool genutzt - aber dieser war so unglaublich kalt, dass es trotz des wunderschönen Wetters immer eine große Überwindung war, diesen zu betreten. Auch blieb uns langes Ausschlafen des öfteren verwehrt, denn wir wurden durch heftigen Baulärm in der direkten Nachbarschaft schon morgens um 7 Uhr geweckt und der zog sich durch den ganzen Tag. Dieser Baulärm war schier unerträglich, sehr schade, aber laut Aussage des Vermieters "darf" ab dem 15. September gebaut werden( mit allem schwerem Gerät, was man sich denken kann) tja, und wir hatten eben Pech, da wir die letzten Tage unseres Urlaubs diesen Lärm zu "ertragen" hatten. Unsere Empfehlung also : NICHT nach dem 15. 09 dorthin fahren, UNBEDINGT ein Auto mieten, im Inserat wirklich nur die Fotos darstellen, die man auch tatsächlich dort vorfindet (Strand) abschließend ein herzlicher Gruß an unsere Vermieter, die einen tollen Job gemacht haben und die uns mit ihrer Herzlichkeit den Urlaub wirklich versüsst haben!

Super schöner Urlaub in Kroatien

Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub in Kroatien. Villa sieht genauso aus, wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Super nette und vor allem hilfsbereite Vermieter. Wir hatten nichts negatives auszusetzen. Objekt empfehlenswert.

Urlaub 2019

WIr hatten us schon vor Antritt des Urlaubes in das Objekt verliebt und unsere Erwartungen wurde das Objekt gerecht. Der Checkin mit den Haubesitzern war komunikativ und unkomlpiziert. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, der Sandstrand ca.5 Gehminuten, der Kiesstrand ebenfalls ca.5 min. entfrent. Ein kleines Geschäft sowie Obststand ebenfalls in 5 min.erreichbar. Wenn man zu einem Restaurant will sollte mann das Auto nehmen da es nach Privlaka Ort ca. 1,5km sind. Alles in allem Urlaub zum relaxen und genießen. Gruss Thomas, Anita, Klaus, Ingrid
