About this property

Holiday house in Kappeln-Kopperby. Located in a one way street, no through traffic. Quiet location, with a view of fields and meadows, where you can also see deer in the large garden. You will also find a pond-approx. 500 sqm - where the carp like to be spoiled with toasted bread. On the several 1000 square meter property, which has a sunny side, you have many opportunities to find peace and relaxation and enjoy. If you have a dog, we are happy to welcome it and it will definitely make you feel good. In the completely renovated and renovated semi-detached house in 2017, you can sit comfortably in the kitchen, look in the garden or go out straight away. The kitchen has a dishwasher, induction cooker, extractor hood, toaster, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, blender, refrigerator with freezer and much more. On the ground floor there is also the bedroom and the bathroom with a walk-in shower and washing machine. On the upper floor is the living room with a view of the smallest city in Germany -Arnis-. Here you can make yourself comfortable on the corner couch or in the rocking chair and end the day. Among others is in the living room a flat screen TV with satellite reception.

Super tolle Ferienwohnung/Doppelhaus

Als erstes möchte ich die Vermieter loben Sehr zuvorkommend und sehr sehr liebe Freunde geworden. Das Doppelhaus ist sehr modern und super ausgestattet es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und alles gut zu erreichen. Einkaufen/Lokale und natürlich Shoppen. Der große Garten mit dem Teich ist richtig schön und erholsam (ruhig) wir haben es abends genossen die Fische zu füttern. Im großen und ganzen super Urlaub.

Ruhiges Domizil mit viel Natur

Wir haben in der Wohnung von Familie Schwensen eine erholsame Urlaubswoche verbracht. Die Haushälfte ist prima eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Das Wetter war noch recht kühl und unbeständig, sodass wir die beiden Terrassen und den Strandkorb leider nicht nutzen konnten. Aber das Wohnzimmer war eine tolle Alternative für gemütliche Stunden, während der Regen auf die Dachfenster prasselte. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig inmitten der Natur dicht an der Schlei.
