Nestled in rich vegetation with ancient trees and only 4 km from Assisi, this apartment offers silence and a wonderful wide view of the surrounding nature. In the same antique farmhouse there is another apartment that is designed for 4 guests.
The estate is an ideal starting point for excursions to all the important cultural cities of Umbria: Spello 18 km, Foligno 25 km, Perugia 28 km, Gubbio 60 km, Spoleto 55 km.

They have their own terrace (25 sqm), which is equipped with a table, chairs and parasol, as well as a large shared pool (12 mx 7 m, depth 1.60 m) with outdoor shower and toilet, a very well-kept garden and a grill for common use.

The apartment consists of a kitchen (4 gas hobs, microwave, fridge, toaster, mocha pot) with dining table, fireplace and satellite TV, three bedrooms (each with double beds 180 cm) and three shower rooms with toilet. A washing machine (shared use) is available.
