About this property

We offer you a holiday home with 4 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a daylight bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet.

The holiday home renovated in 2017 has 3 living levels and covers 100 sqm. On the ground floor there is the hall, a bedroom, the living room and the kitchen as well as the bathroom / toilet. The two bedrooms and a toilet are on the upper floor. 1 bedroom in the basement. Up to 6 people can sleep here.

Our offer includes:
a closed parking space in the yard
a bathroom with daylight on the ground floor, a toilet on the upper floor.

Our house is a non-smoking house. You are welcome to smoke in the yard. An exit to the balcony from the living room.

Die Pfalz bietet große Vielfalt - hier idealer Startplatz

Unsere 6er-Freundesgruppe hat sich hier sehr wohl gefühlt, wir benötigten vier Schlafzimmer, alles war picobello, wie neu. Wir erkundeten die Pfalz, kurze Wege, viele kulturelle und landschaftliche Möglichkeiten, wie können dieses Domizil sehr empfehlen und werden selber bald mal wiederkommen. Gruß an die Familie Heil. p.s. In der Küche war alles perfekt da, nur ein paar kleine Küchenmesser und Abtrockentücher wären noch gut, vielleicht haben wir sie aber nur nicht gefunden.

Entspannte Zeit in Neustadt

Wir hatten ein erholsames Wochenende in Neustadt und haben die Nähe zur Stadtmitte genossen. Das Haus bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub brauch und auch die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern lief ohne Probleme! Sehr zu empfehlen

Haus mit Aussicht

Sehr schönes Haus, liebevoll Dekoriert. Wir hatten alles, was wir benötigten. Tolle Aussicht vom Balkon, Carport, überall elektrische Rolläden. Schlüssel im Schlüsselsafe, dadurch unkomplizierter Checkin und Checkout. Vermieterin über App erreichbar.
