Island Breeze Cottage is excellent for 2-4 people. The entire cottage was remodeled and has all new interior. It has a full kitchen with new appliances, bathroom has shower, bedroom has queen bed, closet for storage and clothes caddy and linens provided! Dining and living areas are furnished with cushioned rattan furniture that is comfortable and beautiful to enhance your memorable Chincoteague experience. The cottage is cool in the summer months and warm in the winter. A cozy getaway in any season. Bertie street is one street back from main and provides a relaxing, quiet atmosphere for those who want to leave their troubles behind.

The cottage has a 8x16 screened porch in the front for sitting to catch a coastal breeze, enjoy a peek-a-boo view of the Chincoteague channel or just to listen to the wildlife that surrounds the island.

Cute Little Cottage

I was in Chincoteague for a short weekend stay. Wanted something other than a hotel. This fit my needs. The cottage is a very compact, clean place to stay. Check in/ Check out was easy. Would stay there again.

Loved it!

Wow what a wonderful and clean place! Perfect for a romantic weekend getaway and great proximity to everything we wanted to do on the island. Would definitely recommend!

We spent 9 months of our spare time to rebuild the cottage. We think you will love it as much as we do!
