Welcome to Villa Exclusive DC! The Villa Exclusive DC is the perfect choice for a relaxing holiday. The house is located in Vodice and is close to the city center (350 m) and the beach (500 m). It consists of four bedrooms, living room with pull-out sofa bed, kitchen, two bathrooms with washing machine, balcony and terrace. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor; the other three can be found on the first floor. The bedrooms are equipped with new double beds and a built-in closet. One of the bedrooms leads to the sunny balcony. The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, accompanied by a dining area and a cozy living room with smart TV and air conditioning. The interior is high quality equipped to ensure ultimate comfort. From the living room you reach the large terrace (96m²), where you can have breakfast or prepare something delicious on the grill. There is also a heated whirlpool on the terrace, which can accommodate six people. The comfortable whirlpool offers various massage functions. The outdoor area also offers enough parking space for about four cars.

The picturesque holiday resort Vodice is located between Sibenik and Biograd na Moru on the coast of the Dalmatia region. The small town with its almost 9000 inhabitants is one of the most popular holiday destinations in central Croatia. The almost 4 km long waterfront and the old town form the center of Vodice. While it is rather quiet in the small romantic alleys of the old town, you will find a lively promenade with shops and cafes on the dreamlike waterfront. If you want to go on a gastronomic journey, you will find an abundance of cozy restaurants here. One of the most popular night clubs in the Adriatic "Hacienda Vodice" is only 1.1 km away. The closest airports are Split and Zadar, each with a 70 km drive.

The round pebble falling gently into the crystal clear sea on Plava Plaza beach is particularly popular with families with children. Along the beach there are ice cream parlors, bars and cafes with cool drinks, ice cream or cappuccino. The wide range of sports and leisure options around Plava Plaza will not let you get bored during your beach days. In addition to the city beach, there are many other beautiful beaches and bays such as the Hangar beach.

Simply the best

Vodice is perfectly situated for a visit to Krka and a day trip to Zadar. Patrick and Anita are very proud owners of a well maintained property that was perfectly presented and provided all the modern comforts that one could want. The hot tub was a wonderful addition for our group. We had spent 7 days prior on a boat trip and another 4 in a home with a pool. But the adults and the kids (young adults really) all raved about the added dimension that the hot tub added to our evenings. The outdoor barbecue was also great. The property is no more than a 10 minute walk to the center and the beach front promenade. There was loads of activity in the restaurants and bars on the Saturday night. I can highly recommend this property. Thanks for a wonderful stay !

Entspannter Familienurlaub!!

Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und Hilfsbereit. Die komplette Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Was uns sehr gefallen hat, ist die Strand,- und Stadt-nähe. Das eigentliche Highlight ist definitiv der Whirlpool. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!
