Vacation is the most beautiful time of the year and so that our guests feel at home, the guest house has undergone a complete renovation and is now called "Haus Gohlke am See".
In a wonderfully sunny, south-facing location, directly at the picturesque Hopfensee with a fantastic view of the lake and the mountains!

Lage Top, der Rest enttäuschend

Die Bilder haben mit der Realität wenig gemeinsam. Die Lage ist eigentlich gut, vielleicht ein wenig laut aber der Ausblick ist schön. Ansonsten ist das Objekt abgewohnt und in die Jahre gekommen, es mangelt an vielen, das Objekt ist auf den ersten Blick mal billig aufgepimpt worden. Ich will gar nicht ins Detail gehen, aber das Bettzeug ist schon sehr verschlissen, im Bad riecht es schlimm aus den Abflussrohren, eine Verdunklung ist nicht möglich und bei warmen Temperaturen ist es bei geöffnetem Fenster schon laut. Im Badfenster gibt es keinen Sichtschutz. An dem weis gestrichene Holz blättert die Farbe, die Deckenhöhe ist sehr niedrig und man stößt sich oft den Kopf. Wer Angst vor Spinnen hat, sollte darauf achten das alle Fenster und Türen geschlossen sind. Es gibt noch vieles mehr, was den überteuerten Preis nicht rechtfertigt, wir werden im nächsten Jahr wieder nach Hopfen fahren, aber bestimmt nicht mehr hierher.

Nichts für Menschen über 1,75

Gute Lage, schöner See und Bergblick, allerdings Wohnung kleiner als die inserierten 54 qm Wohnfläche, da sehr viele Schrägen. Viele Kleinigkeiten wie lockere Türgriffe, hängende Schranktüren wären zu beheben.

Schöne FeWo ohne Spülmaschine

Eine schöne FeWo mit toller Aussicht über den Hopfensee und auf die Berge. Leider passen einige Fotos aus den Beschreibungen nicht mehr zu dem aktuellen Aussehen der FeWo. sehr schade: Bei unserer Ankunft am 28.06. informierte uns eine an der Spülmaschine aufgeklebte Nachricht mit Datum 1.6. darüber, dass diese defekt sei, man dies aber kurzfristig (!) abstellen wollte. Das geschah innerhalb unseres 14 tägigen Aufenthaltes nicht. Ein vorsichiger Anruf bei der Hausverwaltung nach 6 Tagen endete höchst unfreundlich ("Wie reden Sie denn mit mir als Gastgeber.").

Schöne Ferienwohnung, vor allem im Sommer

Die Wohnung ist hell und modern eingerichtet und wurde sauber vorgefunden. Die Aussicht auf den Hopfensee ist einfach wunderschön. Einzig das WLAN ist ziemlich schwach und an Filme Streamen & Co ist erst gar nicht zu denken. Leider hat die Putzfrau das Fenster vergessen zuzumachen und Mitte Dezember waren Temperaturen um den Gefrierpunkt. Da zudem die Heizung in der Wohnung mehr als unterdimensioniert ist, war die erste Nacht ziemlich kalt. Auch am nächsten Tag, nachdem die Heizung 24 Stunden auf höchster Stufe stand, waren es in der Wohnung höchstens 18°C. Dementsprechend war der Aufenthalt leider nicht so gemütlich, wie erhofft. Im Sommer ist diese Wohnung vor allem aufgrund der zentralen Lage am See bestimmt super, im Winter aufgrund der doch recht schwachen Heizung nur bedingt zu empfehlen.
