About this property

Our Villa Matija is located in the quiet village of Krvavica. Krvavica is located on the '' Makarska Riviera '' between Baska Voda and Makarska.
Both places can be reached by car in a few minutes. If you have a little more time, you can go on foot and take a nice walk along the beach.

In our small but fine village there are a few small shops next to the marina where you can buy bread and other small things. We would also be happy to reserve a table for you in one of our secret tip restaurants in the village or in Makarska. You can reach the quiet beach of Krvavica or Bratus in a few minutes on foot from our Villa Matija. Of course there are also some cafes, restaurants and bars on the beach

Split Airport can be reached in around 60 minutes by car.

Bed linen, towels and a hair dryer are included in the price.

Excursions:

You have many excursion options on the Makarska Riviera, particularly recommended, a trip to Biokovo, the mountain that surpasses the entire coastal area of Makarska, but also a visit to the neighboring islands is recommended. It takes half an hour to get to the Biokovo hill by car. Along the way there is Gornji Tucepi, some restaurants, and on the mountain saddle 'Staza' (path) (897 m) you will find the restaurant 'Vrata Biokova' (Porta von Biokovo). The mountain hiking home is also on the way to the top.
The same route through Gornji Tucepi takes you inland to the place of pilgrimage Medjugorje (64 km), Vrgorac (36 km). It is recommended to visit the city of Mostar (91 km), Vid (Narona 77 km), Imotski (64 km) and Sinj (92 km) in the interior. Split and Dubrovnik are the cities that are a must to visit.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir haben hier im August 2019 mit unseren beiden Kindern (7+14 J.) zwei schöne Wochen verbracht. Die Wohnung und der gesamte Bereich in und um das Haus waren sehr sauber und gepflegt, die Vermieter super freundlich und immer auf das Wohl der Gäste bedacht. PKW Stellplatz ist für jede Wohnung vorhanden. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen; zurück dauert es etwas länger, da es dann den Berg hoch geht;-) Es ist jedoch auch ein Parkplatz am Strand vorhanden, der aber in den Sommermonaten gebührenpflichtig ist. Wer es etwas trubeliger will, kann die Abende im ca 4km entfernten Makarska verbringen. Auch wenn es im August überall sehr voll war, konnte man in der Villa Matija sehr gut entspannen. Wir sind mehrmals abends an der Küste entlang nach Makarska gelaufen - bei Sonnenuntergang einfach traumhaft schön! Auch Ausflüge ins 1 Std entfernte Split oder nach Omiš sind lohnenswert. Wir können das Objekt voll und ganz empfehlen!

Sehr liebevolle & nette Gastgeber sind jederzeit für einen da😊 Sehr schönes Apartment, sehr gepflegt, sehr sauber. Man sieht das viel Arbeit drin steckt. Der Poolbereich sehr gepflegt und sauber/sehr ruhig und perfekt für die Erholung und Entspannung 😊 Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet was man brauch. Die funktionierende Klimaanlage hilft bei heißen Temperaturen auch sehr gut😉 Parkplätze sind vorhanden Würde jederzeit wieder her kommen 😊

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung !

Wir haben im September 2016 einen erholsamen Urlaub bei Familie Suljkanovic verbracht. Unser Appartement Nr.6 war sehr schön und hochwertig ausgestattet. Hervorzuheben ist der große Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer und die Berge. Den Strand erreicht man zu Fuß oder auch mit dem Auto. Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Strand ist wunderschön und auch nicht überfüllt. Eine kleine Bar ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Krvavica ist ein Ort für einen ruhigen Urlaub. Von hier aus ist Makarska schnell zu erreichen, falls man man etwas Trubel sucht. Die zentrale Lage ermöglicht viele Ausflüge. Besonders gefallen hat uns das Gebirge (Nationalpark Biokovo), die Städte Trogir und Mostar sowie die Wasserfälle von Krka. Auch die nähere Umgebung ist sehr sehenswert. Die Vermieter sind nett und hilfsbereit und sprechen sehr gut deutsch. Also rundherum alles gut und nur zu empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder. Rita und Peter ( 63 Jahre) aus Frankenberg/Sa.

Sehr zu empfehlen, auch in der Nebensaison!!!!!

Sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Appartement, nette Vermieter die deutsch sprechen, ruhige Lage, Traumstrände in der Nähe, die nächste größere Stadt mit vielen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist Makarska (ca.4km), sehr zu empfehlen auch in der Nebensaison!!!!!
