About this property

Exclusively furnished apartment upstairs waiting for you. With living room, kitchen, dining area and bedroom and pool, the apartments are equipped. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 3 persons. Air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher and satellite TV systems with radio are of course. The generously sized balconies are furnished with table and chairs so you will like to stay here.

The 300 sqm garden and 8 parking spaces are also available to our guests. In the garden is a large barbecue where you can barbecue typical Dalmatian. The fish or meat there is on the daily fresh market in the center and the old town (10min walk). 100 m from the house is a bakery and 200 m further a small grocery store, also a large supermarket is not far away.

Biograd na moru: Thanks to its central location in this part of the coast, Biograd na Moru is an ideal starting point for boaters who come here to enjoy their time here, as is the case elsewhere in the Mediterranean. In the vicinity are three national parks: Paklenica and Krka on the mainland, the Kornati Islands and the Telascica Nature Park on Dugi otok. In addition to its cultural and historical heritage, Biograd has beautiful beaches, picturesque bays and many accommodation options. In the city there are many restaurants offering specialties of local and international cuisine. From Biograd you can take boat trips to the Kornati islands and the Telascica Nature Park on Dugi otok. Nearby (7 km) lies Vransko jezero, the largest freshwater lake in Croatia. Excellent possibilities are also available for sailing and diving. The port of Biograd is popular with boaters crossing the Adriatic Sea and visiting the Kornati archipelago.

Schöne Anlage, Ausstattung nicht wie beschrieben!

Grundsätzlich eine super schöne Anlage, aber die Ausstattung war nicht so vorhanden wie von FeWo beschrieben. Es fehlte der Geschirrspüler und die Waschmaschine. Sehr ärgerlich wenn man dann nicht so viele Klamotten dabei hat und das mit einem 4 jährigen Kind. Wir müssten dann vor Ort massiv verhandeln und der Vermieter meinte wir können nach 3 Tagen im Haus in ein anderes Appartment umziehen, gegen Aufpreis! Dagegen habe ich mich hefig wehren müssen und bekam dann nach 3 Tagen endlich das Appartement mit der gebuchten Ausstattung. Leider mussten wir aber nach weiteren 3 Tagen wieder umziehen, eine Tür weitere, weil unser Appartement ja schon für andere Gäste verbucht war. Des Weitern darf man auch keinerlei Gäste empfangen und man darf auch keine Glasgläser oder Flaschen mit an den Pool nehmen. Der Pool muss auch um 21 Uhr verlassen werden. Es gibt zwar einen Grill im Garten, aber den muss man erstmal selber reinigen und es gibt keine vernünftige Sitzgelegenheiten im Garten wo man das gegrillte essen kann. Somit muss man alles wieder hoch ins Appartement tragen. Im Garten steh nur ein Pavillon mit einer Gartensitzgarnitur mit niedrigen Tisch. Werde hier nicht wieder buchen und FeWo ist für mich jetzt tabu, weil die Angaben nicht stimmig sind mit dem was man dann vor Ort bekommt!

Schöner Pool mit einer modernen Wohnung

Wir waren insgesamt 7 Tage dort. Beim Check in haben wir lediglich nur Personalausweis vorgelegt, danach haben wir gleich unsere Wohnung bezogen. Eine schöne moderne Wohnung mit Küche, Backoffen, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine alles war da was man braucht. Wir hatten 2 Etagen und auf allen beiden war je eine Klimaanlage, sehr schön kühl! Ein Balkon mit Sonnenschirm gabs auch, so das wir jeden morgen schön dort frühstücken konnten. 2 Minuten um die Ecke war gleich ein Bäcker perfekt. Zur Strandpromenade sind es ca. 10 Minuten, viele Bars, Fressbuden und Souvenirläden nacheinander. Parkplätze sind direkt kostenlos vor dem Haus. Kaufland und Aldi und andere Supermärkte waren alle in der Nähe ca. 5 Fahrminuten entfernt. Ein kleiner Konsum auf den Weg zur Strandpromenade gibt es auch, so das man bis 22 oder 23 Uhr noch was einkaufen konnte. Der Pool war einfach mega, wir waren froh so ein Privileg gehabt zu haben, da es sehr wenige gab mit einem Pool. Schön war es, dass es nur 5-6 Wohnungen gab, so dass nicht allzu viel Leute den Pool genutzt haben (Poolzeiten 09:00 - 21:00 Uhr). Der Pool ist genau wie auf den Bildern gezeigt, der noch ein kleinen Pool mit inbegriffen hat. Es gibt draußen neben den Pool noch eine Spielecke mit einer Schaukel und Trampolin, überdachte Sitzecke und mit einem Grill. Der Pool wurde gereinigt und morgens immer gekehrt. Alles in einen würde ich es auf jeden fall weiterempfehlen, sehr sauber und angenehm, wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Danke!!

Apartment im Obergeschoss

Wir waren im heißen Juli 2023 hier. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet. Küche und Wohnraum mit Klimaanlage. Schlafzimmer und Bad mit Dusche sind über eine Wendeltreppe erreichbar. Auch hier gibt es eine Klimaanlage. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und halten das Objekt sauber und sind als Ansprechpartner immer vor Ort. Die Poolanlage ist sehr schön gestaltet. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Zum Ort bzw. Zentrum sind es ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Zum Strand geht man ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Bäckerei ist gleich um die Ecke.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt in sehr gepflegter Umgebung

Wir, eine Familie mit zwei Kinder, bewohnten die schöne geräumige Wohnung im ersten Obergeschoss. Zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder, eine ausreichend große Küche mit allem, was man benötigt und ein Wohn/Esszimmer mit Couch. Auf dem großen Balkon kann man gemütlich frühstücken und entspannen. Relaxen und Spaß haben kann man am großen und sehr gepflegten Pool. Um die Ecke ist ein Bäcker und ein paar Meter weiter ein kleiner Supermarkt, in dem man das Nötigste bekommt. Das Städtchen mit zahlreichen Restaurants und einer tollen Promenade ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir hatten einen schönen und erholsamen Aufentalt bei sehr netten und immer bemühten Gastgebern. Wir können die Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.
