Welcome to our lovingly designed, free-standing log house with approx. 46 sqm living space on a 600 sqm plot with a secluded, well-kept garden.
2 terraces and a covered patio and 2 parking spaces are available.
Our accommodation is a good starting point to explore Oldenburg, Rastede, Bad Zwischenahn, East Frisia and the North Sea coast etc.
The log house is well suited for couples, vacationers, business travelers and short-term renters.
WiFi and smart TV available.

Lovingly furnished wooden house on 600 square meters of land.
The entire garden can be used by guests. Terrace furniture is available. 2 sun loungers with cushions and parasol. BBQ facilities.

We live in the house next door (Neusüdender Weg 37c - one driveway beforehand) and are always happy to provide information, tips and assistance about accommodation and the region. An information folder with lots of useful information is available in the house.

Shops, doctors, pharmacies and banks, petrol stations etc. can be reached in sufficient numbers in 3-5 minutes (by car).

The 304 bus takes you to the center of Oldenburg in 15 minutes. The bus stop can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.

prima huis

Prima huis, echt een blockhausperle. Van binnen ruim, netjes en schoon. Mooie tuin, voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Huis ligt aan de rand van Oldenburg. Het centrum van Oldenburg is goed met de bus te bereiken.

Für die Nacht zu schade

Wir haben das MPS in Rastede über das Himmelfahrtswochenende besucht. Dementsprechend waren wir nur zum schlafen in der FeWo. Aber die FeWo mit der Anlage und der Stille war so schön dass es uns jeden Früh schwer gefallen ist die Wohnungen zu verlassen. Alles, was man auch zu Hause für den Alltag benötigt, war vorhanden und die Zimmer waren sehr schön eingerichtet. Parkplatz ist ebenso vorhandenen wie ein sehr schön gepflegter Garten. Sitz-und Liegegelegenheiten draußen sind auch da. Wir kommen wieder.

Ein kleiner Schmuckstück

Mein Sohn und ich haben ein paar tolle Tage im Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Ferienhaus ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Am liebsten wären wir noch länger geblieben. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder kommen.

Immer wieder schön

Wir waren nun zum 6. Mal zu Gast in der Blockhausperle und haben unseren Aufenthalt wie immer sehr genossen. Das Haus ist äußerst gemütlich, sehr liebevoll dekoriert, hat eigentlich alles an Ausstattung, was man so braucht, die Betten sind bequem und jetzt im Sommer kann man ganz wunderbar auf der Terrasse in dem sehr schön angelegten Garten sitzen. Dank der Schallschutzwand ist auch die direkt neben dem Grundstück verlaufende Bahnlinie kein allzu großer Störfaktor. Wir werden auf jeden Fall gerne auch ein 7. Mal wiederkommen :-).
