About this property

The Villa Luisa from the 19th century. stands above Lake Maggiore with a beautiful lake view.
The building extends over two floors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, the spacious living and dining room with a direct view of the lake and a modern bathroom with jacuzzi.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a spacious children's room, a bathroom with a shower and two balconies.
The house is surrounded by a stone terrace with several seats and a well-kept rose garden. Thanks to the elevated position of the house, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the lake and many hours of sunshine.
Behind the house is a spacious rustico with a barbecue. .
Opposite the house there is a garage with the possibility to store bicycles and a parking space for a car. There is further parking space a few meters from the house in a public car park.
The villa is very quiet in the Cheglio district in a cul-de-sac with little traffic.

Das Haus ist wunderbar gelegen mit grossartiger Aussicht auf den See. Es bietet alles für einen grossartigen Urlaub mit Kindern und auch für Hunde geeignet.

Vielfalt mit Aprilqualität

Sehr schönes und großzügiges Haus, gut eingerichtet, tolle Küche, gute Aussicht und große Ruhe, kleiner Laden in der Nähe und Casetta Elisabetha mit ihrer Kunst. Vielfalt in der Natur, gut beschriebene Wanderwege, Kunst und Kultur in den Orten.

A perfect house above the Lago Maggiore

In 30 years of hollidays in Italy, this house was one of the most perfect stays. The house is beautifull, the view is breathtaking and everything you need is there. You can live easily here and the kitchen is fully occupied to make Italian meals. We stayed here with our daughter and husband and their son of 9 months. We had a perfect week. Mr Ziesler is very friendly and helpfull. A perfect stay!!!

Wandern und Entspannen

Wir hatten eine richtig schöne Woche in diesem so ansprechenden, geräumigen Haus. Alle haben sich hier gleich wohlgefühlt. Die Rosen blühten im Garten und im Haus war nichts, was wir vermisst hätten. Gerne kommen wir bald einmal wieder! Herzlichen Dank!

Très bon séjour dans la villa Luisa

Magnifique séjour dans cette maison avec une vue splendide sur le lac. Des grandes pièces très bien équipées, aussi bien pour le confort des lits que pour l'équipement côté cuisine. Andreas est toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Nous recommandons à tous cette maison, ce petit village et cette région.
