About this property

The HAUBENTAUCHER holiday home, completed in November 2017, is only a few minutes' walk from Storkower See (200m to the lido). The spacious apartments are equipped with the latest equipment and can accommodate up to 4 people (2x bedrooms for a total of 4 people + sofa bed in the living room on request). The floor-to-ceiling windows ensure a bright and friendly living atmosphere. The garden offers enough space to sunbathe and also has a charcoal grill. Each apartment also has a fully equipped kitchen & washing machine. A private parking space is in front of the house.
There are also 4 bicycles that can be used free of charge, subject to availability.

The city center with the historic castle is easily accessible via the footpath. Numerous events for young and old take place here every year - from children's cinema to classic concerts. Several supermarkets, bakeries and shops can also be found in the center, within easy walking distance.

Wunderschön

Sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Absolute Ruhe und kurze Wege zur Stadt, Burg, See und Supermärkten. Ideal für Familien. Aber Achtung an die Teenager: kein W-Lan. Uns hat es nicht gestört. Wir kommen sicher mal wieder.

Okay mit einigen Makeln

Ansich ein schönes Haus mit schönem Ausblick auf den See. Allerdings sieht man dem ein oder anderen Mobilar an das es mittlerweile abgenutzt ist. Auch die Wände sind teilweise sehr fleckig. Der Wasserdruck beim Duschen ist sehr gering. Die Sauberkeit hätte auch besser sein können was allerdings in Zeiten von Personalmangel in nahezu allen Branchen für mich zumindest verständlich ist. In der Küche ist soweit alles an Utensilien vorhanden. Für einen Kurzurlaub mit 4 Personen ausreichend, für länger wäre es mir zu klein.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Es hat uns in der Wohnung soweit gut gefallen. Die Lage in zweiter Reihe am See war sehr angenehm, der Blick aus dem Schlafzimmer ging durch die Bäume hinweg zum See. Die Wohnung ist nahezu wie online dargestellt. Leider waren wir von der Sauberkeit enttäuscht. Der DVD-Player war nicht installiert, die Fernbedienung dafür ohne Batterien. Außerdem fehlten in einigen Lampen die Glühbirnen oder waren defekt. Im Hauswirtschaftsraum befanden sich jahrelang abgelaufene Artikel. Ein wichtiger Hinweis, dass es kein WLAN gibt, hat mir sehr gefehlt. Die Kommunikation zum Vermieter war in Ordnung.
