The house has just been renovated for 80K dollars in 2019. It is the only house in Windsor Hills with both extended pool deck and outside kitchen. Outside kitchen includes brand-new stainless-steel grill, refrigerator and 60” TV with live coverage of sport events. Game room renovated to a high standard wooden floors, A/C, 75” TV with PlayStation 4 & reclining sofa, pool table. The 'South Facing Villa' has everything that you and your family could possibly need for the most magical vacation to Disney and the attractions of Kissimmee and Orlando, Florida. Situated less than 2.5 miles from Disney's doorstep, located in the fabulous Windsor Hills resort community, this fully air-conditioned Orlando vacation home away from home is a perfect base to explore all of the exciting things to do. With 5 bedrooms all with brand new mattresses and 5 bathrooms, "South facing villa" is ideal for larger families, and accommodates up to 10 guests plus infants in spacious comfort, while being licensed for 12 guests. The house has a bright and spacious family room to relax in together as a family, with occasional and coffee tables, surrounded by over-stuffed sofas and a love-seat, plus an entertainment center with cable TV and DVD player. Excellent relaxing sitting area by the swimming pool with ceiling fans on warm sunny days.
The clubhouse has brand-new waterslides and amusement park for our younger guests. It has new renovated facility with bar options.
Golf courses: For the golfer, there are endless option, you can probably play on different golf course every day during your vacation with less than 15 minutes’ drive, while the nearest golf course is just around the corner. Information on prices and quality can be found in the clubhouse in Windsor Hills.
Disney World: Disney world is just around the block (about 5 mins drive to EPCOT). Disney downtown is close by and it is nice to go there to relax and look at all the Disney features, there are nice walkways and nice restaurants all around. Don't forget the Disney other attractions, like Cirque Soleil. All information can be found in the information desk at the Club House located at the main entrance into the Community.

Beautiful villa with great facilities.

Beautiful house with great facilities. The property had been redecorated between booking and our stay. Communication with the owner was effortless and Arnar even assisted with a late checkout. Would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful beautiful house.

House was beautifully decorated, new furniture, comfortable beds, loved the little touches like the decorative lighting up the stairs and the outdoor kitchen was great. The owners obviously take pride in their lovely house. The pool was the cleanest we have ever seen in all our years of renting villas. We had a great stay and hope to visit again sometime. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful Villa

We had the most fantastic time staying in this Villa. It exceeded our expectations and had everything we needed and more. The pool was gorgeous and the close proximity to the parks was amazing. There were a few minor things that in no way impacted our stay (a few of the blinds were broken, the carpet in the twin upstairs bedroom was a little dirty and the door handle on the pool door came off on our last day) but we didn’t feel the need to complain as it was so minor. The only issue we did have was extremely noisy neighbours! There were parties going on until 3am, shouting and loud music - I thought there was a noise curfew but this wasn’t brought into effect sadly which meant we didn’t get much sleep. But this has nothing to do with the owners or the property. I would definitely recommend this villa and would love to stay here again.

Family Holiday

Great property for our family of 6 adults and 2 children. Outside pool and kitchen was perfect for us and as we holidayed in early May we had the sun all day .

We are a family from Iceland. We bought this house new and it has everything that we could imagine. We go to the house once or twice a year to have a wonderful family vacation. We both work in the Airline business so travel is very usual for us.

Why they chose this property

We decided to go for Windsor Hills because of it's atmosphere and the location. The house is located nicely in the center of the community just next to a small playground where we can sit by the swimming pool and watch the kids play at the playground. House was renovated in 2019 & 2020.

What makes this property unique

The house is located at a corner, so there is only one house next to it. It is only about 8mins walk to the Clubhouse. We had to wait for this lot for about 8months, as this was the exact location that we wanted.
