The house is located in a quiet place and, thanks to the facilities, it is an ideal place for a family holiday in Porec. All apartments were completely new and modern in 2016. The house has a total of 5 apartments with a shared plot of 1300 m2 where guests have an open 43m3 large pool with sun loungers and parasols, a barbecue with covered terrace and large table with benches for al fresco dining, well kept garden and several covered parking spaces to the common Use available.

Apartment B4 / 5 for 4 persons is located on the 1st floor on the pool side and has a living area of 70 m2.
