About this property

The holiday homes of the Geldmann holiday rental are located in Zessin / Neuenkirchen in the north-west of the island Rügen between the Neuendorfer Wiek and the Tetzitzer See. They offer a quiet, rural location with a 500 m² garden and a view of Bodden, which is 200 meters away. Ideal for hikers and cyclists, with dog. We provide bicycles free of charge. This ground floor bungalow (Boddenblick) has a yellow facade as well as a terrace.

Ausspannen auf Rügen

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist perfekt zum entschleunigen. Sehr ruhig und trotzdem ist man schnell im Zentrum der Insel. Also wir kommen bestimmt im nächsten Jahr wieder.

Wenn man seine Ruhe haben möchte und sich mal ordentlich erholen möchte ist dieses Objekt perfekt Auch bis zum Einkauf ist es mit dem Auto in 10 min erledigt. Es war sehr schön immer wieder gern

Rügen-Natur erleben

Haus Boddenblick ist ein kleines Ferienhaus, ideal für 2 Personen. Es ist ordentlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Alle erforderlichen Gerätschaften sind vorhanden, der vorhandene WLAN-Zugang ist hilfreich bei der Planung der Ausflüge. Es liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe vom Naturschutzgebiet am Bodden und ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Wanderungen(z.B. Naturwanderpfad am Bodden, Start des Weges ca. 150m entfernt).

Erholung pur

Sehr naturnah, sehr ruhig, beste Voraussetzung für gute Erholung. Wer was erleben will, sollte sich ein anderes Quartier suchen. Für Einkäufe und Erlebnisse muss man mit dem Auto los. Für uns war's perfekt.

Sehr saubere Unterkunft mit Verbesserungspotential in Bezug auf die Ausstattung

Das Haus liegt wie beschreiben am Bodden und war beim Bezug sehr sauber.Die Lage ist wunderschön und alle Ziele lassen sich ohne Probleme mit dem Auto erreichen. Der Bodden ist ein Naturschutzgebiet und man kann dort nicht spazieren gehen. Fünf Punkte bekommt der sehr nette Hausverwalter. Die Schlüsselübergabe und die Kommunikation waren tadellos. Die Ausstattung des Hauses könnte optimiert werden. Es fehlen diverse Küchenutensilien wie eine Salatschüssel, eine Reibe oder diverse Auflaufformen. Eine Waschmaschine oder diverse Reinigungsmittel gibt es nicht. Einen Staubsauger haben wir sehr vermisst, denn wir hätten gerne zwischendurch gesaugt oder die Ablagen gereinigt. Die Matratzen sind und die Bettwäsche waren sehr hochwertig und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. An der Ausstattung sollte nachgebessert werden. Ansonsten können wir das Ferienhaus gerade auch mit Hund empfehlen.
