Condominium, 2 Bedrooms (1 King and 2 Twins), 2 baths, and balcony overlooking the Caribbean
BEGINNING JUNE 1, 2020, ALL RENTALS WILL BE SPANNED AT LEAST 1.5 WEEKS APART (NOT 72 HOURS) IN ORDER THAT THE CONDO BE EMPTY AND FREE FROM ANY POSSIBLE VIRUS ISSUES. This means that when a booking is made, the prior and following 1.5 weeks will be blocked in order that the condo be clean and then empty for those 1.5 weeks. All renters must bring their own sanitizing sprays and lotions. As always, our linens are cleaned with bleach prior to any rental. Because our beach towels are not bleach safe, If renters want, they can launder the beach towels they will be using upon arrival. For the safety of our housekeeping service personnel, if a renter feels ill during their stay, we have the right to cancel all housekeeping services until proper virus testing is done. And now on to the description of my little home away from home....
PRIVATELY OWNED AND PRIVATELY RENTED...Once you enter our condo, you will know you are home. Our condo is part of a very quiet and private complex. Originally named our 'Rose in Winter', you will immediately be swept away with the feeling of the tropics with it's Caribbean Chic decor. Our condo has keyless entry (no keys to forget!) and has two bedrooms (1 King and 2 Singles), two bathrooms, dining/living combo area, a state-of-the-art kitchen, and balcony overlooking the Caribbean. We also offer unlimited outgoing calls to the US and Canada via our condo phone FREE OF CHARGE (all local and international calls other than the "Vonage Toll Free" listed countries will be billed back to the renter). The condo has ceiling fans and air conditioning in all rooms. There is a washer and dryer in the hall closet. In addition, there is a large safe for your valuables and the front door is equipped with a wrought iron gate, doorbell, and security camera for your safety and comfort. For those traveling during Hurricane Season and have concerns, the condo is equipped with sturdy hurricane shutters. The condo complex is located high above the cliffs in an elevated section of the island and our condo itself is 6 floors above the parking area.
On the property you will find 3 pools. 2 are facing the Caribbean and a private boutique beach with a natural cove for shade. And for your comfort, there is 24/7 gated security and 'on site' first-come, first-serve parking in the courtyard or under cover.
The complex is centrally located, just minutes from the airport, nightlife in Maho, Simpson Bay or 10 minutes from Marigot and the French side. It is also just up the street from beautiful Mullet beach and close to most island activities. Within walking distance or a 4 minute drive is a fantastic bakery called Jules, and eat-in or take-out restaurants...Spaghetti House, Fat Tony's, Bar Code, a Pizza Place, a Crepe Place, as well as a Carrefour grocery store. Approximately 3 minutes from the complex in both directions (Maho and Cupecoy) are 2 additional grocery stores for purchasing your staples and a short drive to the new causeway bridge which will take you within minutes to the larger supermarket, Carrefour, in Cole Bay which has reopened.
We require a $200 security/damage deposit which will be returned once our guests depart and no damage or loss has been detected.
Like many others are happy to admit, once you've visited St. Maarten, there's no looking back and once you stay at our condo, you will never look elsewhere. Simply stated, paradise found...
