About this property

Stay and relax in our spacious townhouse close to Disney, Universal and Sea World. Our townhouse is located in Terra Verde, a highly ranked, gated, vacation community. According to a guest, our villa is one of the best in Terra Verde (check out the reviews). Our villa has wifi and free US phone. There is digital cable TV in all three bedrooms, a smart TV with lots of options and a blu-ray player in the living room. Our townhouse is fully furnished with a well stocked kitchen and lots of linens. Our villa is well maintained and has a new AC unit and hot tub. Kid friendly: playpen/crib, booster seat high chair, umbrella stroller, baby gate for stairs, outlet protectors; and noodles for bigger kids and the pool..

Relax on the patio by the BBQ or sit in the heated hot tub. Terra Verde is surrounded by nature reserve. You can take a pleasant stroll around the pond where herons and ducks feed, or you can try your luck with rod and reel.

Walt Disney World (15 minutes), Celebration (14 minutes) and Universal (30 minutes) are close by or you can take a pleasant day trip to Sea World, Cape Canaveral, Legoland, the everglades, various parks or Cocoa beach. Terra Verde is about 5 minutes to a WalMart super center and many other shops and restaurants.

We have two properties in the same community for those vacationers requiring more space, but still wanting separate family homes. We take pride in our properties, improvements include a new hot tub in 2018. There is added insulation and window screening to make the house cooler and more eco-friendly.

Our property manager is fantastic and has an on site office at the Clubhouse.

Please note there is a $20 per vehicle one time fee for a gate pass.

Another great visit to Terra Verde

Fantastic town house on the amazing Terra Verde resort, a return resort visit for us. The town house had all the amenities you need for a vacation, it was clean, tidy and well maintained with nice views across the lake to the fountain. We did manage to use the hot tub a few times, despite the exceptionally hot weather. However this is where the resort is great, as we went to use the pool some days too. Great food and service at the pool bar once again, and really helpful staff in the clubhouse. The resort is ideal for the 192 Kissimmee area, and all the big Orlando tourist spots. We would definitely recommend the townhouse, and hosts, to others.

Safe and peaceful retreat

Our family enjoyed our stay at Terra Verde. The area is gated with good security which feels safe. The amenities at the clubhouse are good and the staff there are friendly. The view of the lake and the outdoor patio add to the relaxed feeling of the property. The only reason for not 5 star were a few minor points: - The patio furniture is past it's best. In particular the table wobbles and seems flimsy. - The bed in the master bedroom was uneven: you rolled into the middle! Although Terra Verde is a little further out on the map than other areas closer to International Drive, it means the area is not blighted by traffic noise. Walmart is just a few minutes away, as are a number of restaurants.

Beautifully presented townhouse

My daughter and I enjoyed a lovely, relaxing week in this lovely home from home. The patio area was excellent for relaxing after a hard day's shopping/theme park visiting. We have stayed at other properties in this resort but this was by far the best we have come across. The resort itself is very well maintained and the pool is beautiful. all the staff are friendly and helpful. Overall another great experience. Thank you.

Great vacation

Very nice place, no issues at all. Nice private hot tub. Owner responded immediately when had questions. Check in was easy , resort was good. Nice pool, hot tub and tiki bar.

I am a semi-retired veterinarian and University professor, my wife works in medical imagining. We have 4 children and 2 grand children who love their Florida vacations. We purchased a house in Florida for winter breaks and to share with guests from the USA and around the World.

Why they chose this property

Our house is close to the major theme parks. It is set in a relaxing gated resort community. We love having the freedom to chose between Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, Legoland, or even a trip to Cape Canaveral one day and being able to chill out by the pool the next. You can choose between dining out, having a meal in your townhouse or a BBQ beside the pond. We love having the extra space that is not readily available in a hotel. We chose this property after looking at a lot in the Kissimmee area because Terra Verde is an exceptionally nice (top rated) gated community and the Mediterranean style houses are well built.

What makes this property unique

The back patio with view of the pond is secluded and peaceful. You can chill out with a drink, relax in the hot tub, grill your own steak on the barbecue, or simply relax with a book. Alternatively the large screen TV and sound system are great.
