Set only 15 meters from the Ocean Front our Villa Apartment is fully equipped with Air Conditioning in all rooms, Satellite TV, a full kitchen with granite counter tops and including oven, ceramic cook top, dishwasher and fridge-freezer.

The Apartment also can be modified to a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom Ocean Front Unit to offer a reduced rate for couples/2 persons. Please ask us for our rates for couples/2 persons.

We will organize your vacation smoothly and efficiently, from private chauffeur airport transfers to recommendations, restaurant reservations and excursions in advance of your stay with us.

To ensure our guests stay in contact with work we offer secure, fibre-optic Wi-Fi in all rooms. Optional Maid Service available with fresh towels offered as required and clean linen once per week. All of this included in your booking with no extra charge.

Quiet residential setting specifically for the more relaxed and discerning guests. At Rosalie all guests will be greeted at the airport on arrival by our private transport and chauffeured to your Apartment.

Lovely 5 weeks

Pleasant accommodation with good bedrooms, nice kitchen, fast Wi-Fi and an excellent pool and air-conditioning. We stayed here for five weeks with family and friends visiting for broadly one week each during our day. property management very well done and very helpful.

Peace & tranquility on the south coast

A lovely place to stay, the biggest benefit being the swimming pool, used by only the 6 apartments in the building.

Perfect south coast stay

This property is perfect for those who don't want to be in the thick of tourism but want to be close enough to experience all that the South Coast has to offer. You can walk to Oistens from the property, but we also hired a car. We were two couples and the property served us well with plenty of space indoors and out. Robert is a great helpful owner and was great throughout our booking which included changes due to Covid. Jonathan was a great host on site and did our first shop and arranged our car hire. Would definitely recommend to others

Not a luxury villa

Disappointed as apartment was not one portrayed in advert., but sumilar one close the jacussi end of pool, where sun loungers were right outside patio so little privacy. Living room/dining area was very compact and kitchen was not well appointed, nothing like the inventory listed in guest information. Had to get pillows and mattress protector replaced as in very poor condition. TV was broken replaced by small replacement. Outside patio needed refurbishment and basin in one bathroom was cracked and did not retain water. Overpriced and needs a complete upgrade.

Mid-February visit to Rosalie Apartments.

Property cleanliness and facilities were excellent. Apartment managers were spot-on; unobtrusive but very helpful and friendly. Allowing us to stay undisturbed on departure day was very much appreciated and relieved the stress normal associated with leaving. Also driving us to the supermarket on arrival day, and return was a generous gesture. The location really needed a car as it is a 45min walk to Oistins, the nearest shops, with no bus service. This should be mentioned in the property description.
