Fantstic Condo, Fantastic Location
The condo is absolutely perfect for a short visit or an extended stay, it has all the amenities you would ever need ranging from a fully stocked kitchen with more than enough cutlery and tableware to extra bedlinen and ample towels, also the use of washing facilities and supplied detergents was a real bonus if you plan on staying for a few weeks like I did (16 nights). If you plan on driving this is not an issue as there is a dedicated off road parking space. Cleanliness with the condo was never an issue as it was spotless throughout, also there was never an issue with noise. Bed was supper comfy as was the couch, Tv system was perfect with endless channels to choice from, as was the internet although did have an issue with it one of the days but contacted Brandon about it and within an hour he came round and sorted it out, a perfect host. Location is ideal being only one block away from St Charles Ave and the streetcar which gets you into the heart of the city in 20 minutes. Shops are a few blocks away and a 10 minute walk will get you on the bustling Magazine St with plentiful bars and restaurants. I would highly recommend to anyone, even if its your first visit or a seasoned visitor, I will definitely be staying here on my next visit to New Orleans. Thank you Brandon.

Perfect Rental
The condo located in the very lovely Garden District area of New Orleans is absolutely fantastic, and has everything you could possibly wish for, including WII, massive tv, spa bath, fully equipped kitchenette and air con. Brandon and Larissa are fantastically social hosts, who, without ever being intrusive, are on hand for any local advice and are both very lovely and helpful people. Ideally located on the St Charles streetcar line, all major attractions of New Orleans are within easy distance. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting and would love to stay again!

Perfect place to stay
This place really is a gem! It was clean and just as described in the listing. Check-in was a breeze and there was information about the area left for us, which helped as we had never been to NOLA before. We were within walking distance of several wonderful restaurants and a grocery store. The streetcar being less than a block away was also a huge plus. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again!
